The meal was very good.

We booked a room with a terrace in the accommodation facility and paid extra fee for that over booking.com. They gave us another room, lower quality without notice. This is disappointing that it doesn't work.

The location was good. Excellent place to stay with dogs. The room was large and cool . The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped but did not have a bottle opener which would have been nice as the bar and restaurant was closed so we had to go out to get dinner and drinks . I’m not sure if the gardens were suppose to look rustic and wild or they had been left to grow over the winter but the place has a very relaxing feeling with breath taking views and walks .

only 2 pillows And no extra blanket . We stayed out of season on a Monday so apparently that was why the restaurant was closed .

Its called relaxed efficiency it comes with people who are confident in what they do

Nice buffet breakfast.

The room was big and designed with taste. The bed was very comfortable and there was even a coffee machine in the kitchen. The location is like in a fairy tale 😊 surrounded by trees and with a nice fresh air, with buildings in Dali style and sufficient parking lots. The staff is very nice and friendly and they seem to love their job.

Excellent quality breakfast with a lot of varieties.

Maybe others might like it but for me, the smoke from the wood fire outside was disturbing.

Nestled in the forest along the Roman Limes Unesco site, the hotel felt more like an interesting collection of very stylish buildings done in an Spanish Art fashion blending in with nature. The smells from the wood burning fireplace was a perfect ambiance to the location. Food was excellent, the rooms extremely nice and the value unsurpassed in Germany so far and I have been coming for 25 years. Very happy about this place!!!

Overall hotel buildings are in the middle of the woods. A very nice location! The restaurant is excellent, both for dinner and for breakfast. The buildings are nicely decorated with Gaudi type of tiles on the outside and green roofs. Staff was very friendly and helped us to park our bicycles inside.

The room itself was ok and not very special. Still it was relatively big with a small kitchenette. Overall it was a bit outdated. However, the hotel experience with food, building design and friendly staff completely made up for it. The rooms are also medium priced, so the value is still ok.

The staff couldn't really have been more helpful. They informed us of the hotel closure due to the lockdown and moved us to the Hotel Elan by the autobahn outside Limburg. Given the alternatives, I guess we were lucky to have anywhere to stay. The staff at the Hotel Elan were helpful and the breakfast was good.

The Hotel Elan - whilst convenient - was a disappointment. The hotel is situated in the middle of the fast food outlets in an industrial estate outside Limburg just off the autobahn. The room was very basic motel-style, but at least fairly quiet and comfortable. Please note the ratings here are really for the Hotel Elan.

The location is very convenient and it has a very beautiful view. Good breakfast and good food at the hotel for dinner.

The location is amazing, you are 10-15 mins away from big cities, but once you have parked your car it’s like you are in a different world, so peaceful and relaxing. Very well priced.

Ressort-like facility beautifully embedded in nature. Very quiet. Excellent breakfast. Lots of opportunities for children of all ages to entertain themselves. Restaurant with indoor/outdoor seating with a good selection of dishes including local specialties.
