Perfect for us. Good location- near to Karlovasi port, supermarket few meter away. The room and balcony was big with partial sea view. Daily cleaning.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. This apartment is very close to the sea. In fact, the blue sea is in front of you once you come out of the building. However, considering the public transport situation in Samos, it’s really difficult to get there if you don’t have a car.

1, We notified this hotel through booking.com in advance that we’ll arrive before 19:00. This hotel’s policy says: reception is open 9:30-13:30 & 18:00-21:00. However , there wasn’t anyone there when we arrived at 18:30. The reception door was locked. We had to stand outside for more 35 minutes until a local lady helped us to call and the receptionist Dimitris finally showed up. It was a very unpleasant experience, especially when we just had a 8 and half hour’s journey. 2, While booking this hotel, I choose the payment for ‘pay at the hotel’. It’s 3 euros more than choosing ’pay now’. We stayed for 2 nights. I received a warning email from booking.com the second evening at 20:45 saying that our credit card was invalid. And if we don’t provide a new one within 2 hours, we have the danger of losing the room. We use this card for restaurants and shops every day and to book for more than one hundred hotels in recent years. We went to the reception and found out that the receptionist Dimitris tried to take the room fee by using our credit card details giving by booking.com. He wasn’t succeeded, so he called booking.com and the consequences was that we received those warning emails. It took us 95 minutes to check every single detail of our card with Dimitris and to call booking.com to explain that nothing wrong with our card. The next day we used this very same card paid the room fee without any problem when we checking out. I really want to know that why this receptionist made false claim about our credit card.

Needs to fix the wi-fi Chels

The room is very spacious, bright and clean. It looked more like a studio then a hotel room, which is perfect for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Loved it! The bus schedule in reception was also super helpful. Also, there is a big supermarket just 10 minutes walk from the hotel, where you can buy food to cook!

Excellent value, staff was very welcoming, everything we asked for was done. Spotless clean! Location across the beach, seaview possible, for upper levels

A lot of noise in the night from street traffic, (not property's fault :) )
