Basic and clean

The location. Our usual hotel was full so this was the nearest alternative. There is Aircon, a fridge and a very small TV in the rooms.

Tired and worn out. The bed/mattress sloped on one side. The bedroom noise levels are very high due to poor insulation. No food is available either in the evening or for breakfast. There was only one bedside lamp in our room and the shade was broken. The shower was very old and over the bath type. The bathroom mirror backing was peeling off. The cleaner seemed to have missed our room as there were stains on the floor and food crumbs in the bedside cabinet draws. We awoke on Sunday morning to a note pushed under the door informing us that reception was closed and locked. As was the bar/cafeteria.Not to use the lift ( luckily we only had an overnight bag to carry down the stairs). To leave the room key in the door and see ourselves out!

Cleanliness, value for money and safe, secure parking.

Staff very friendly, Room spotless, beds very comfortable. Air-conditioning worked well. Bar stayed open for me to arrive. Excellent coffee - but this seems to be the case all over Spain

Bathroom smelt a bit musty. Both TV and background music on in the bar made for a less than restlful ambience [again this seems to be quite common in Spain]

Horrible experience. Despite the average good reviews, the hotel is awful and in need of urgent refurbishment as an intense smell of sewer comes from the bathroom. Moreover, the walls are as thin as paper and the noise from the other rooms makes your sleep impossible. Eventually, the innerspring mattress on which we slept was old and terribly unconfortable. Check out is 7-12, but after 9.30 nobody was there and we had to literally throw the keys through a fence on the counter.

Large size room with work table and chair. Breakfast OK but nothing special. Staff very friendly.
