The room was nice, had a large balcony and the relaxing area was arranged really nice. Not too far from the beach and the main road (10-15 minutes by walk), but in a quite area where the "party noise" wasn't obvious and we could take rest. The host helped us when we needed.

Despite the fact that the host was helping us when needed, they weren't very responsive when we were trying to communicate regarding the check in or any room problems, so it was quite difficult to figure it out if our message was received or not. The water tank for the toilet was broken and the water kept running the entire first day and night, which was quite unpleasant, but it was fixed the second day. The drain started to overflow in the bathroom 2 times. Once at night when no host was available at the location, so we couldn't use the shower and bathroom sink to avoid the flood in the room. This was fixed the second time it happened, when one of the hosts was at the location and we communicated the problem directly to him.

It's no exceptional luxury. But there is everything that is necessary. It's clean and well maintained. It's a bit out of the town and it's noise, but just easy 10 minutes walk to the town.

The road in front of the building could be a bit noisy at night. Of course, one can close terrace doors shut, switch on AC and that's it. Also there are some mosquitos at night. A bit of a nuisance. Because of these above mentioned two reasons I have evaluated the place 8 instead of 10. Otherwise it would be 10.

The apartment is well located: it's very close to the airport (approx. 4 kms) and not too far from the main road of Laganas, but far enough to be quiet from the noise of the city, so it is suitable for relaxation. Laganas beach is 10-15 minutes walk from it, the main road of Laganas, bars, shops and restaurants are 5-10 minutes walk. The apartment has a small parking space for free which is excellent. In our lodging there were an air conditioner, and our room has been cleaned up twice(!) in a week, which was brilliant. There was a kettle in the kitchen so we could make coffee in the morning. The view was nice from the balcony.

Unfortunately, the kitchen was not that well-equppied. Practically we only had a frying pan and a big pot for cooking, but our family members only had a big pot for four persons. There wasn't any trash bin for the houshold waste, only a small one in the bathroom for the toilet paper, which is a problem since the water is not drinkable, and anyway... We collected our trash in a bag on the floor. We believed that there will be some salt or sugar in the apartment, but there wasn't anything like this.

We like the balcony, it was very nice place for evenings. The air conditioner working well. There is a shower outside to clean up yourself after beach - cool. We also used the car rental - it was cheap and we did not have any problems.

Pillows were to hard for me, but my friends did not complain. We would like to have better equipped kitchen.

The location was amazing. Only a ten minute walk from Laganas Beach. It is located in the middle of an olive tree field which was super pretty and the view from the balcony was stunning. In general, the house is beautiful.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. The bathroom would always flood a bit when showering becuase there was no shower curtain available. The kitchen didn't really have any equipment so I wasn't able to cook there, which was very unfortunate.

Location was really great, with a beautiful view and a walk away from the noisy town of Laganas. We enjoyed the common area (stone tables in the olive garden) and overall surroundings, including a small garden, nicely taken care of.

Beds and bedding could have been more comfortable. In our 2+2 studio the first AC unit was installed in one of the bedrooms and the second unit in the common area, which made the second bedroom a bit hot and uncomfortable to sleep, despite keeping the door open to let the cool air in. The reception desks operates mostly via phone (the host was not here for most of the time).

It was a very nice stay, we enjoyed the hotel. Unfortunately our things were stolen on the beach(our fault - went swimming at night and we left the things without supervision). And my ID was also there so I had to go to the embassy to get a travel document. But the owner was very nice and helped us a lot in this unpleasant situation! Without his amazing help, it would be very hard to solve thing out.

Be prepared to walk a little longer to the beach and back.
