De rust, het uitzicht, vriendelijk personeel

Stond beschreven als wijndomein met restaurant wat doorslaggevend was bij onze keuze voor dit hotel. Wij konden er niets eten zelfs niets drinken, laat staan wijn proeven. We werden ontvangen door een vriendelijke jongen die na de ontvangst het hotel verliet. Vanaf dan waren wij er ook helemaal alleen..

Beautiful location and winery. Very relaxing atmosphere as there are only 3 rooms in the hotel and the staff leaves at night. Balcony with a view. The facilities of the winery are modern and pleasant. The wine tasting was a delight - the wine is great and we had more tastings compared to 2 other wineries we visited combined

The room itself is actually quite basic and not very decorated. The facilities are good (aircon, bathroom, bed) but we expected a bit more atmosphere and decoration for the price of the room

Booking.com clearly states there is a restaurant, which was one of my search criteria. The reality is (discovered by going to the winery website) there is a restaurant but it is only open at lunchtimes (except Wednesday), and Friday and Saturday evenings by reservation only. After driving for 10 hours, arriving at 18.30 Monday evening. This was a very unwelcome surprise.

Beautifull location in the heart of Priorat area. Limited number of rooms and good space. Beautifull views of the surrounding mountains. Above all, the staff did every effort to make us at home. Although the restaurant was closed on the day of our visit, they arranged a meal from local restaurant and served us to the table! We enjoyed the winetasting and the explanations of the staff on the wines and winery. Strongly recommend this location. Although it is a somewhat more expensive then others in this area, it was certainly worth the price.

No negatives, would have loved to see the winery as well but we run out of time...

These were some of the best views we had in Spain/France over the whole 17 night stay. The help we received from Carlos was above and beyond the call of duty. The Man is a star and a credit to the Buil and Gine Winery. Thanks Carlos, you made the difference.

The restaurant was only open on Friday and Saturday night so we had to travel into town on Sunday and Monday to find some dinner.
