Lovely and cozy hotel located on the outskirts of Cambrils - Villafortuny. The hotel is about 100 meters from the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, daily cleaning and changing of towels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu is varied and tasty. There is entertainment in the evening: for children, at first, and then for adults.

We expected that there would be paella for supper, it was on our previous visit. But, frankly speaking, it was not a big problem) because of the availability of other delicious food.

Loved everything about the hotel

The staff were fantastic, my daughter needed some help with a University application and the staff on reception were really kind and helpful! Thank you Julia and Ariadne! The location was great between Cambrils and Salou - so many great restaurants nearby, the bike hire on site was excellent and paddle boarding etc was all within easy reach.

Pool was very nice, it was good to be allowed stay in the pool in the evening as it didn't close too early. Marina in the restaurant was very pleasant as were the bar staff. Good air conditioning in the bedrooms. Cambrils is a lovely little town, and worth a visit, hotel is quite a distance from the town.

Reception staff unfriendly, those who we spoke with. We were told nothing about the hotel on arrival, and had to ask the basic questions, for example, how to get to the bedrooms, where to locate the pool towels, if they were any facilities, gym, spa, what were the meal times etc. I did find the young man (Albert, I think) very pleasant and helpful along with the girl who looked after the bikes. If you book HB, we were advised that you cannot have lunch some days rather than dinner, which was very restrictive if you wanted to go out for dinner. Nor are you allowed to pay to eat in the restaurant at lunch-time, you only have the snack bar available to you which we found very odd. The food is just fair, you will get something to eat, but in general for a 4* its just okay. One chef trying to make omelettes, fried eggs etc for so many people, he definitely could have done with some help each morning. The towels in the bathrooms were very old, yellow and worn, although we did get some new towels after commenting on this while staying there. Our pool towels were dirty on the 1st day, it was like they had just be dried, folded and given back out, as they were extremely grubby. Evening entertainment over 6 days was very poor, except for 2 nights, although the animation team do their best and work hard. On the one evening we did stay up a little late 11:50pm, the staff turned off all the lights on my husband and the kids while they were still playing cards. He felt it would have been more appropriate for someone to have come over and advise that they turn off all lights at a certain time. Bike rental for 5 of us for 1 day is €60.00 in the hotel which we found expensive as its quite a walk into the town. All in all we did not have a great experience in the H10 and won't be returning.

Really enjoyable stay in the H10...after nearly 3 years since our last trip...super staff especially Housekeeping...all in all wonderful holiday....

The room we stayed in was very stuffy and stale. The towels that were in the room when we arrived we’re not fit to wash your car with. The room attendant was kind enough to provide usable towels.
