Nach einer Nacht in der Familienvilla durften wir in das neue Gebäude wechseln und haben dort zwei Familienzimmer bekommen. Diese sind neu und wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Familienvilla ist nicht zu empfehlen da im alten Gebäude und schon sehr heruntergekommen. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und war stets bemüht unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Der Pool war leider nicht ganz so sauber weil hier eine richtige Filterung fehlt. Hier wurde dann stets versucht mit noch mehr Chlor den Pool sauber zu halten. Es haben sich auch einige Chlorkörner am Beckenrand befunden was nicht ok ist... der Chlorgehalt des Pools war denke ich weit über den empfohlenen Grenzwerten. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht so optimal da es keinen Gehweg gibt und man zu Fuß immer auf der engen vielbefahrenen Strasse laufen muss.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and there are some free cultural activities the hotel offers.

The furniture is a little old but totally fine.

The place was cosy! We got a huge room on the second floor, it was really beautiful. A bit far from the centre. We rented scooter at the hotel, and we parked in Ubud centre at the wrong place so our tire was flattened by the police. The stuff was really helpful, and even they gave us an other scooter to use while the other was at repair.

There was an animal on our roof, which was a very noisy in the evening. After we called for the stuff help it went away.

The room was quite dated, and needed refurbishing, mould evident in the bathroom. Restaurant was not very good our teenage waitress, doubled as the cook and this really let the hotel down as the food was appalling and there was no variety!

staffs are really sweet, always attentive. The villa is clean and huge too.

Facilities and staff service

The villa was in a very peaceful location. beds were very comfortable. The private pool was a great size and very clean.

The bathrooms need an update. more seating needs to be provided.

The staff were so welcoming and informative. They arranged transport and shared local information, as well as explaining tradition and custom. Sylvia was very lovely.

Well designed property. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast is tasty and rooms are getting cleaned every day. Pool is spacious and clean as well.

Nice comfortable room, and the area was peaceful at night.

Wifi didn't work for some time, and also the electricity went out on and off for over 24 hours. I feel they need a generator in future.

Our villa was dirty, there were a lot of broken things inside and outside, espesially in kitchen. Wifi was poor.

This place is no nice! You should totally go there! Super spacy rooms with super spacy bathrooms. Very comfy bed and everything is super clean. All place is just lovely, the garden and the pool area are awesome. The place is better for those who have some transport since it is not so close to the city center.
