Room was almost cleen, just only an empty bottle from previous guests was lost on the top of the cabinet. Cleen showerroom with hot water. Freendly stuff on the reception.

Directly behalf window is installed air conditioners outside units that is really noisy and makes it very difficult to sleep during the night.

The staff where kind and very respectful. The manger or the owner was very attentive to the guest's needs.

I didn't like that the there was not a lot hot water but i did not say anything either.

I like the property it has a pool and it's close to the beach or water. I also like going to Adriana tropical restaurant in Malacon It is on the water and has nice views. They have an elevator that has mirrors all around so that is great for some nice photos.

I don't like that the plumbing is very out dated and does not work very well. I completely understand that up keep can be difficult. I have been here 3 times already and all the plumbing for the 3 different rooms that I have been in all the same out dated and don't work well. But it was not difficult to over look that issue. So for the price that I paid I am not complaining. But I wanted to write a review about my personal experience during my stay.

- Location - Staff willing to help - Stores around - Excellent pool, we did not use it anyway 😄 - Close to downtown, to many places to explore, eg, House of government just 2 blocks away, many cultural and historical places.

Nice location near the famous colonial neighborhood, Very good hotel for the money you will pay, free parking, new elevator.

The ceiling in the bathroom are rusted, Bathroom drain straighter missing or damaged.
