The hotel is beautiful and you can notice a lot of attention to details - eg: the Indian thematic decoration was everywhere. Pool is amazing and the water is not cold - even during the Winter of that region.

Great structure, nice beach and pool area. Beautiful facilities.

The restaurant is very slow and waiters are not well trained: too much time to take and prepare order, orders’ missing. The quality of the food is not compatible with prices charged. Food is ok but far from worthing its price.

- room was old , in need of renovation - common area including restaurant also old and furniture was old - breakfast was not high quality , every day the same thing , mostly bread and sweets - kite storage 2 was broken - no yoga mat , this is minimum for a 4 star hotel to at least have yoga mat for guests, please buy some ! - spa too small , manicure had to be done in room . For a 4 star hotel this is not acceptable , manicure and pedicure should be offered and this should take place in the spa - none of the staff spoke English , difficult to communicate - expensive for what you get. we had much better hotels in Icaraizinho and Prea.

Prices inside the property are fair, snacks are very tasty, portions are fair and variety is good. Decoration and gardening is awesome. Room is very comfortable and well equiped. Sea at front is great and beautiful.

Swimming pool is pretty shallow. Jacuzzi at pool area is not heated, due to the wind, becomes not usable at night which is a shame. Nothing much to do except massage and pool (no sauna, no heated jacuzzi to use at night, no play room -no pool table, table tenis, cards table, etc). With exception of a few members of the staff, service is not really as welcoming as one would expect (special frustation at reception desk at our arrival).

1) Common areas - a lot of different spots where to hang out: swimming pool, bar, hammock, bangalôs, lounge chairs everywhere 2) Breakfast - the fact of bringing the food to our tables is much better than having a buffet. You should keep this way even after pandemia times 3) Hydromassage in the room 4) Perfect location in front of the ocean

The wind

Starting with a beautiful lobby decorated in Asian style and continuing on the grounds of the hotel full of tropical plants giving privacy between the bungalows. Great breakfast. Pool and bar area also well integrated in the gardens with the beach a few steps away.

Since the hotel was a bit isolated maybe some additional activities in the hotel could be welcome. But I quite liked having the peace and quiet for a few days. The Spa options were a bit limited.
