The beautiful vacation rental was perfect for five couples with five lovely comfortable bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms! The pool and backyard is ideal for entertaining!

This home has everything starting with a warm welcome. Beautiful pool and well appointed furnishings! Each suite had its own big screen TV and private bathroom plus more. The kitchen was completely equipped with state of the art appliances. Thank you for making our stay absolutely wonderful! We will definitely be back!

Tough to beat if you have 5 couples and want 5 full baths . We might try Indian wells desert palms area next time since that is where the better golf is and it’s much more pristine than greater Palm springs surprisingly

We recently stayed at this incredible VRBO property in Palm Springs and we had an absolutely amazing time. From the moment we arrived, we were given a warm and friendly welcome by the supervisor who gave us a helpful tour of the entire property. We were impressed with how everything was exactly as it was described in the listing, if not better! The property was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into making it a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We particularly loved the outdoor area, which was perfect for lounging in the sun and enjoying the beautiful Palm Springs weather. Throughout our stay, everything worked flawlessly, from the appliances in the kitchen to the air conditioning system. We appreciated the attention to detail that had gone into making sure that everything was in perfect working order. Overall, we had an unforgettable experience staying at this VRBO property.

I can’t imagine a better group house in Palm Springs! Attentive hosts and staff, impeccably maintained property, lovely pool and large jacuzzi, great and central location. Highly recommended .

Everything was wonderful about the stay! The house was beautiful and perfect for a big party. There were a few areas that could have been spot checked. For example, we found used tissue on the couch at check in. Also, if you are a louder group be mindful of the neighbors as they will remind you of the sound policy. Even if you are just talking outside. Frank and the staff were very helpful and responsive. I would def book here again!

Highly recommend staying at Palms at Park. The space was amazing! Exactly as described on the listing — clean, well maintained, stocked with amenities. Special shout-out for owner communication as well - accessible via text with prompt responses. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Everything was very good. Couple of small things At this level of cost I think there should be a welcome package of essentials milk bread coffee etc Tv streaming had to be set up in every room which was a frustrating task

Superb Property with all the comforts you would expect from a luxury rental. I've rented this property twice and would again as the need arises. Owners are very involved in responding to special requests.

Two of the rooms were difficult to sleep in due to noise made by air con unit in one, and a fridge in the other. Amenities - coffee machine, irons, hairdryer etc. are included but are in need of an upgrade. The pool is nice however we were unable to use the jets or spa as they tripped the circuit. Neighborhood is nice, it’s 1.8 mile walk to DT Palm Springs. Noise laws in PS are insane - no music by the pool (not even from a cell phone) and no talking outside after 10pm.

The house is five stars no doubt. It’s huge, with rooms and bathrooms for everybody, and a fabulous main room for everyone to congregate in… which they surely will since you are not allowed to have any fun outside. That’s right, no fun. It’s like living in Footloose. These are the laws of Palm Springs and apply to every vacation rental in the city, but to not be allowed to speak above 50 decibels (an electric toothbrush is 60db!) or go outside after 10pm is truly absurd. We made the best of it and ended up having a fine time, but we couldn’t stop talking (inside) about how annoying the rules were. We’d come back to the house, but I have a feeling we won’t be coming back to Palm Springs (unless we stay in a hotel). If you truly don’t mind the rules though then this is the house for you! Two other very small gripes: the house was set at 80° when we arrived in 107° heat and didn’t cool down for hours, and also we were only supplied with one measly piece of bar soap and a tiny container of shampoo (not conditioner) per bathroom, not good enough.

Unlike my previous experience, the hosts at this house were incredibly responsive, calling me and sending detailed emails - they are very communicative and met me at the property to walk me through everything. The house was clean, had everything we needed for cooking, and was spacious for 10 guests. The pool was lovely, the umbrellas provided much-needed shade, and the location was a quick uber from downtown. Everyone had a wonderful time here and we would definitely book again!

House is great size, great location, super comfortable. Has everything you need for a fun and comfortable stay. Don't forget that Palm Springs has incredibly strict noise rules, but was not an issue for us. Would stay again.

We had a a great time at this beautiful home. They home worked perfect for couples as each room has its own bathroom and everyone can have privacy yet enjoy common areas together. Great pool and kitchen. Palm Springs doesn't allow outside music or any outside noise after 10 pm, which was made very clear to us before we arrived. We still had a great time and this house is exactly as presented on VRBO.

This was a great vacation home that my family and friends enjoyed. Great house for groups of adults and young kids.

The house is great!! Just what we were looking for - the layout worked well for our family. We enjoyed the pool and fireplaces. Conveniently located so it was easy to drive into town for last minute items. Only downside is the noise restrictions. If you can live with that, this house is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The house is not as brand new as the site advertises. I am sure when it was built 5 years ago it was impeccable! All the furnishings looked like they were west elm, cb2, or crate and barrel. But it is time to update to improve overall cleanliness. The furnishings and rugs inside and outside were old and dirty and stained.We used towels to sit in the couch and avoided all the outdoor cushions all together. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint. It feels more like a party house then a house for a family. They also did not provide a gate for the pool which made me very nervous with small children and the owner didn’t seem to care. For the record, it is illegal not to have a pool gate available as an option when renting a house. That being said, we made the best of it and it is worth mentioning the beds, bathrooms, and towels were very clean.

We all enjoyed our stay at the spacious home. Every room had a bathroom which made this so much more convenient. The pool was nice to relax at, the owners are such a pleasure to work with and made everything a breeze. The only downfall is the noise ordiance but that is in the whole city of Palm Spring, and you can't have any music outside at any time of the day, but we still had a great time.

The owner David was wonderful with any questions I had about the property and answered every phone call.

It was a short minute trip and we had such an amazing time. The home was super clean and the home had everything we needed for cooking. There was enough towels for the pool. I left some clothing behind and one of the owners mailed the items back. Very thankful for the stay and meet nice people like the owners of the home. I hope everyone who stays in this lovely home has the amazing experience we had.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was beautifully done and very comfortable. The hosts were amazing and even sent as an item that we requested with a few hours. We would absolutely stay there again
