Alles op de locatie na. Erg onvriendelijk en onprofessioneel personeel. Uitvallen en ontbreken van de WiFi was dagelijks. Een fatsoenlijk eitje kon het personeel niet bakken bij het ontbijt en hebben het voor gedaan. Deuren vielen haast uit elkaar van het vocht. Water ontbrak en als er om gevraagd werd door mij werd ik van de receptie naar de bar gestuurd en van de bar naar de receptie en volgde een discussie waar ik werd uit gelachen. Zwembad was niet echt schoon. Kluisjes werken in geen enkele kamer. Bad was vies en zaten de vette randen van de vorige gebruikers nog in. 's avonds is het een dooie boel en kan men door de slechte verlichting je glas of metgezel amper zien bij de bar. De verlichting bestaat bij de bar uit een rood lampje.

The quality and variety of the food were impressive, and the flavors were absolutely delicious. The chef and kitchen staff deserve praise for their culinary skills and attention to detail.

As a guest who values punctuality, it would be greatly appreciated if the breakfast service could be more aligned with the advertised schedule 7.a.m.

Nice setup with a big pool, many kids around so our son found some playmates easily. Free swim training available for both kids and adults. They don't have a problem if you sometimes bring own food and even warm it for you.

Food on the buffet often isn't re-filled in time. Food and drink orders from the pool or sea front can take a very long time. Only instant coffee available.

Nothing good. Dirty, very old accodomation. At night noisy from people sitting at the pool.

Our sea view room right at the beach, with perfect sight on the beautiful sunrise. Monkeys are playing in the garden. The pool is nice.

There wasn't a breakfast buffet cause we were nearly the only guests. Breakfast was ok and abundant but just not the buffet experience that we expected. The beach is full of hustlers and its impossible to have a tranquil beach walk without defending your privacy every 30 seconds. The wifi was very bad and unstable.

The stay was memorable...staff were friendly, polite and ready to help always.Food was delicious. Premises clean and well maintained. I would refer anyone and everyone to try plaza beach hotel anyway. As for me,I will come back again and again.

There was no night entertainment for the 1 whole week I was there...it was promised as part of the package....was not told its only done when there are many visitors...we were more than 10 people from the dinning room attendance....the hotel should have organised something because every guest matters.
