Felt homely. Plenty of room. Quirky layout, ideal location in the town. Everything we needed.

Excellent location. Nice house, close to 3 pubs and beautiful beach. Well equipped. Real fire was lovely. The 3 pubs very close by were lovely.

Could do with a little upgrading as little things letting it down ie rusty bathroom mirror making it look tired. The cleaning needs improvement, it was surface clean when we arrived but could do with a really good clean and very dusty in places. A radio would be handy.

Lovely welcome basket! Great cooking and coffee making facilities. Relaxing, comfy and beautifully decorated.

When we arrived the central heating was broken - and they knew - it had happened the week before It was fixed quickly, which was good but it broke down again two days later The mattresses/pillows were very uncomfortable and thin The cleaning was very superficial and some shoddy workmanship ie broken hand rail on the stairs. With a little attention it could be a great holiday let.

We have stayed a few times at Littlecroft. It is right in the centre among all the amenities, there are always lots of goodies left for us. Lots of information for walks, events, eating out etc. Parking available. The cottage is well equiped with everything you need, great kitchen, lots of books, games, dvds etc. The beach is 5 mins away and the hosts have bats, balls, buckets and spades etc for both young and old. Very clean, plenty of towels. Lovely open fire with wood left for us to use. We love this property so book it everytime.
