Location, quiet, off road parking, homely ,well equipped

Creaky floor in hall and dining area

Lovely cottage with everything you could need and more and spotlessly clean. A quiet location, even though right in the centre of Alnmouth. Very conveniently close to various pubs/restaurants. Private parking a big bonus especially when seeing the lack of empty parking spaces around Alnmouth.

Method of sweeping floor! No brushes dustpan or hoover. Only thing missing otherwise wonderful

The cottage was beautiful with a high spec, it was homely and modern. the property was clean and functional and in a beautiful location

The beds were really comfortable

The sofa not very comfortable, no smart tv, Rayburn did not work properly.

Spence Cottage is right in the centre of Alnmouth, very close to the beautiful beach. The property was very clean with some nice extra touches.

Tiny little gripe, but we didn’t find the bed mattresses very comfortable.
