the property is at its amazing location. it is literally in front of water access. There is also tons of restaurants lined up beside the property which is a plus if you need to grab food. small shopping center and grocery are also situated around 5mins walk from the apartment which is a plus. our room is equipped with most of what you require. The host was also very helpful and accommodating. we needed some help with parking and some car cleaning materials and they provided it to us with no fuzz. This property still has alot of potential, i would say just more investment for the interior design and they can even price it higher as the location is hard to beat. around 7-10mins walk to kotor old town, private car park is a plus (just that you need to inform them if you need to leave so they can clear the parking with other car that might block yours). All in all its a great place and wonderful host.

only downside was we found little centipede looking insects on our bed. We were wondering why we felt itchy, and i guess that was that.

The location was excellent, a few steps from the seaside and 7 minutes walk from the Old Town. The room was quite comfortable and clean, and the owners very kind.

The apartment was very dark. A few of the facilities could use an update eg the washing machine door was broken so was very difficult to open/close and the drying rack was very dirty/rusty

Perfect location. The ground floor studio apartment was brand new and stylish. 30 meters to a pier where you can swim. Parking available.

The location of the apartment is very convenient, about five minutes walk to two super markets. If you don’t fancy to cook, there are plenty of restaurants just outside the apartment, prices are reasonable, but sometimes they let you use cards sometimes they don’t, so best to have some cash ready. the location is so conviene that you can nearly just walk straight into the restaurants’ outdoor dinning area as soon as you walk out from the apartment, then you can dive into the harbour from the other side of the restaurants. Danijela is very friendly and helpful. She helped us called a taxi when we needed and always prepare to assist us with any questions we have.

Bed was not really comfortable. Good walking distance from the historic centre, che nova restaurant across the street, couldn't ask for more.

Overall, our stay was very good. The apartment’s location is great. 5 minutes walk to the public beach, 10 minutes to supermarket and 15 to old town. The apartment itself is well equipped, there’s everything you’ll need for cooking and relaxing. Marilu is a very hospitable owner.

• It’s pretty dark inside throughout the day • Half of the garden territory belongs to the restaurant-across-the-road kitchen. Sometimes the cooking smell was in the apartment • Because of the close located restaurant – it may be loud in evenings (playing music), after 10pm • Owners live upstairs, and when they smoke on the balcony, the smoke and smell goes down to the apartment • Bathroom needs repairs: some lamps aren’t working, towel holders are old and have rust spots • Towels have already turned grey, would be great to replace them with new ones

Host was very nice and supportive. Apartment is very specious. It is in ground floor, entrance straight from the garden. Luggage carrying was easy. There is a fig tree just outside of apartment. Apartment is almost at the sea front. close to small beach and just 10min walking distance from Kotor old town. Also local aquarium is just 10min walk away.

Bathroom was a little out of date, but still very clean and and reasonably sized. Opposite the house just at the sea shore there are restaurants and they create some noise. It is manageable and understandable, especially when you re so close the city. So it was minor disturbance.

Everything was good. Friendly staff, good apartments with kitchen and washing machine.

The apartment is very spacious and nicely furnished! Its just in front of the sea, with many cafes and restaurants close by. The Kotor old town is 7-10min walk. The owner Danijela is very polite and welcoming. She prepared a birthday surprise, even though on short notice! I really enjoyed staying there and felt spoiled! Thank you!
