Amazing location, very close to every important place in Mikulov, big rooms, and really god breakfast

Hotel has pool on roof, amazing in hot summers days right? Perfect, if you can go there for free but no, you have to pay 450 czk for 2 hours. We chose this hotel just for the pool.

This is our second visit to this hotel. The location is great. We loved the hot tubs and the swimming pool on the rooftop. Unfortunately, you need to pay for wellness and the visit is limited to 2 hours. The restaurant downstairs was opened till 23 with food available till 22 o'clock. Food was ok. Parking available on the location. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The room was extremely hot day and night. There was no air conditioning. We left the windows open and closed the blinds, but without a result. It was hard to get some sleep. The room was hotter than the corridor... Our room was on the 2nd floor and the elevator in that side of the hotel did not work, so it was a longer way with some stairs with the luggage. Some rooms are not available on booking.com and vice versa.

Multiple choice for breakfast. Really surprising positively. Comfortable rooms and very good idea to divide opening hours to use SPA on the roof between families with children (until 14:00) and adults without children (after 15:00) which create appropriate level of comfort and relax.

I liked the location and the staff who worked at the pool on 3.07 were very polite and knew several languages)

The worst thing is that we have to pay for the pool, although if you book on their website, then the entrance to the pool is free. Then why put a photo with a swimming pool in the booking? Do you think customers are stupid. Add this $12 to the total cost of the booking if he charges a fee to avoid scaring away customers.

Great location near the historical square. Good outdoor space. Excellent beer brewed on the premises. Basic comfortable hotel.

hotel’s location was good , so we can reach every where by walk. we can use the free parking area.

swimming area was not the same as photo. And hotel was so hot…… we can not control the temperature ourself.

Charging hotel residents for the use of the pool/wellness centre is rather mean. Restricted times for children under 15 to have access to the pool makes matters difficult for families.

The swimming pool wasn’t open for children under 13 after 3 pm…shocking for us…. the swimming pool paid for booking.com guests…this information is also hidden. the hotel clearly doesn’t know the deference between pool and wellness and spa - they treat it as one thing so the guests think that the pool is free for booking.con guests and children. NOOO, the pool is paid and children are not allowed!!!!! I will never ever stay there on my way to Italy. I will always choose other place to stay. that’s a pity, big hotel but no European standards.

Wellness as pool and saunas should be opened much longer, till 11p.m. Closing them at 8 p.m. is not fair for extra payment.

I wanted to use the swimming pool, it was open until 8 pm only, and plus to that I was asked to pay extra for entrance - room rate was 110EUR so I expected the swimming pool is included...

Dirty bed sheets!!! Strange smell in room. Hotel photos doesn’t really match reality.

We liked the area and wellness. Also size room was ok.

I would not give 4* to the hotel, been in 3* stars hotels which were on much better level than this one. Also the bathroom was not very well cleaned, dirt around wc and in shower. Surely will not visit this hotel again.

Too slow process on the reception for check-in & check-out. Only 1 staff there and I waited for over 20 min.. should be improved.

Final price 99.98Eur was higher then 95.46Eur confirmed via booking.com. Advertized jacuzzi was not avaiable due to the "last day" change of the planned maintenance. The receptionist was according to his own statement too busy to discuss/resolve the issues.
