The place has a very nice clean room, a lot of facilities, and a very friendly staff.

I specifically asked not to have my room made up due to medical property for my daughter being in the room. I come back to find everything was moved and someone had come in and cleaned and touched everything that was medically required to not be touched for my daughters sake. I called reception immediately and all that was said was sorry and it would be passed onto the manager. Very disappointed, we then had to go to neoean hospital whilst on himidays due to this to gain medical required sanitised equipment for my daughter for the night. 8 hours out of what should have been my daughters birthday to do so.

The restauraunt was terrible food the aisian was not good

We stayed in room 5 which had very modern decor and comfortable bedding

On arrival the room was immaculate and modern, smelt beautiful with a modern Tv, microwave & toaster. ‘BUT’ with any of our accomodation stays after a long trip we love to just enter and relax with a wine. That was not to be as no WINE GLASSES 🤦🏼‍♀️ only a teeny 100ml water glass. Then we ordered takeaway for dinner from the Chinese Resaurant which is located on the grounds of the Motel which sadly we were unable to eat; 1 because all 3 dishes were 🤮 2nd because there was no plates, cutlery except a teaspoon and as mentioned earlier a tiny 100ml glass and coffee & tea cups with sauces in the room. I’m confused how the owners would expect you to use a toaster & microwave without any facilities 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m fine with this if you’re aware ‘prior’ to travelling as you then can bring or buy on your travels all the kitchen utensils & plates you need to use with you. Ice trays full on arrival would be nice too if you like ice in a wine or a spirit drink. Overall I’d stay again only because I’d pack all essentials that should have been in the room initially. price was $150 for overnight stay which was a wee expensive for the lack of facilities.I hope the owners read these honest comments and take them on board. if these items are not supplied because people thieve them then buy plastic wine glasses disposable bamboo plates and cutlery. problem solved and happy travellers 😁

Very comfortable bed and very soft bath towels, friendly and concerned staff checked all was ok on my arrival as I was later than I had advised due to traffic.
