The breakfast was good, but it was the one I got charged for.

The AC did not work, the blankets were rough material, the shower the water wouldn’t drain by itself, the service was awful my boyfriend is not Peruvian and the receptionist would openly stare at him making him uncomfortable.

Representative did not great at all, he was very unsensitive, we arrived after 10 hours of driving and he did even want to see the confirmation that I had, just told me that they did not have anything to do and just stayed quite, not even I am sorry. I used to work in the hospitality industry for about 15 years, that was the worst experience I ever had.

The hotel was clean, in a great location, and the staff was friendly.

I had a largest suite. It had what they consider a "spa bath". I didn't realize that meant that we didn't have a shower so we had to strictly take baths. That might have been bearable if it didn't take about an hour to fill the tub and if the water was hot which it wasn't half the time. Further, the city is a bit loud but the windows did a good job attenuating the sound. The problem is that the room's AC didn't work which meant that we had to keep the windows open. The last annoying bit was that they required you to leave your room key at reception whenever you left. It doesn't give you the warm and fuzzies when you have a bunch of valuables in the room.

Very clean, spacios and quiet rooms and modern bathroom. Good location.

Reception was not always staffed so you have to wait some minutes.

Location! Just off the Plaza de Armas, you can get anywhere quickly. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

Have to blame it on the pandemic, but I was looking forward to the breakfast.

Spacious and well-supplied room, lots of windows and ventilation, modern bathroom with a lot of hot water, a generous and tasty breakfast each day, good location with bodegas, pharmacies, and restaurants near, and friendly and helpful staff.
