The location, the facilities and the kindness and helpfulness of the owner

It was the cleanest hotel room I ever had in Peru. Early check-in was greatly appreciated as I traveled all night and needed to sleep. The receptionists were patient and helpful, even though I don't speak Spanish.

The hallway and music in the hallway were pretty loud. I used ear plugs to sleep.

I liked the location in a quiet street, no noisy motorcars, safe, clean comfortable and the staff working here are so polite, so friendly and very helpful all the time. There is a mall very close to the hotel where you find everything you need for shopping, food, entertainment. The main square or busy city center is only 5 min by mototaxi and it cost only 4 soles (€1). They surprise you with free breakfast every morning, they bring it to yoyr room. This place is also pet friendly, which makes it even more special. I'm enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again. 🍀

extremely noisy, especially at night, people coming in and out all the time, interior windows of the rooms increased the noise coming from the lobby and other rooms, howling dogs all night long

Located just out of town, was ok. Room ok, but dark. I had suite, probably not worth the extra. Breakfast was good, just a little disjointed in delivery
