Beautiful cozy clean apartment! I love the simplicity, colours and lighting- energy is so warm and welcoming! Kitchenette has the basics you need to prepare a quick meal or salad. Quiet, peaceful! There is a beautiful fenced patio attached to one of the bedrooms. Greek border is 15 mins away.

Shower /toilet space is together so it can be uncomfortable if there’s more than one person looking to do one or the other and then making sure you’ve dried the floor before you use the toilet again.

No nets on the windows/doors, so very hard to have fresh air during the night. Air conditioning can be switched off by the hosts, so you need to tell them if you need some cool air, or the air conditioner will be a fen.

Nice set-up of the rooms and tge furniture.

Many things, such as: the smell in the bathroom, the fact that the shower was in the middle of the bathroom, no light in the bathroom, all apt smelled like silicone. The noise of the appliances or I do not kbow what was unbearable. At 6 o'clock in the morning the drill shaked our life. Horror. Ah, and the toilet did not flush properly to none. All this time no reply from the owner; I do not recommend this place.

The apartment is very clean and, even minimalistic, very nice and comfortable. The owner speaks English and the infos provided about the border crossing were very helpful for us. Location quite close to city center. Sandanski is a charming town and it worth a visit. The mountain river and the pedestrian promenade are really great.

Ideal place for a stop over but equally fine for spending several days. Clean and spacious. The host is superfriendly and delivered pastries and coffee on the house. Very cheap and very good value for money.

The bathroom layout towards the shower but not a deal breaker.
