We had a great stay in unit 401 but the room we stayed in was very dirty. Our white socks turned completely black walking on the floor, we had to mop the floors ourselves the first day we arrived. It was a bit concerning considering COVID numbers were rising and older family was staying with me.

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and was clean. Staff was great to work with!

We had a fabulous 6 weeks! Planning on 7 next year. Staff is great and unit was perfect for our family coming and going. Traffic was a little noisy and unit above us was noisy but you tolerate it.

We stayed in Unit 401 at Beach Place. I do not recommend this unit. the beds are like cots. they were very uncomfortable, and we had to sleep on the floor, as if you have a bad back this is not the unit for you. Also the pillows were very cheap. Had we known this ahead of time, we would not have rented. You can sure tell this is a rental unit. Also we were there for 2 full weeks and gate to beach was not working and public were helping themselves to the using it along with the showers.

We had a great time during our stay! The staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind. Our unit was the perfect size for our group and we had a wonderful view of John's Pass.

We enjoyed staying at Beach Place, right across the street from John's Pass and overlooking the bridge ! The beds are a little hard and uncomfortable, but the decor of the condo is very "beachy" ! The pool is amazing and warm ..... the beach is awesome !! The staff is very friendly and welcoming.......We will definitely return !

We had a nice stay.

This was our second time here. We had a great time, room#401 was well decorated and roomy. The only draw back staying on that side of the property is the noise of motorcycles from time to time. The pool was always clean and the temp was perfect. The grounds are well maintained and clean. Will be back again.

We were here for an extended family vacation with my husband's sister and her family, so we each rented a unit for our branch of the family. We had an amazing time enjoying the beach, local attractions, and local cuisine. Madeira Beach is our favorite beach destination because of the convenience of shops, restaurants, and activities at John's Pass in addition to the beautiful beach. We have stayed at both Beach Place and Surf Song, and both complexes offer great accommodations.

We had a wonderful time, the condo was very nice and had everything we needed. We had a nice view of the drawbridge at St. John's Pass. The pool was very nice and the beach steps away, with affordable canopies available for rent. The staff were extremely helpful with any needs including printing of departing boarding passes. I would highly recommend a stay at Beach Place! We will definitely return!
