Friendly staff

The terrible road from main road to house.

Located right next to the beach, this studio apartment included a large living room area with a little kitchenette outside. Staff was super friendly and knowledgable. It's about a 10 minute walk to the downtown area or you can rent a motorbike from them for about P300/day. It was a great place to stay. I personally would stay here again.

contact with the host was fast and good, we’ve got upgraded room with kitchenette. the room had all necessary amenities. peacefull surroubdings, small beach on the back behind the fence good to chill but not for swimming if you are afraid of sea and shore small creatures

if it rans it is almost impossible to access the property with dry and not muddy feet as the direct road is covered with big puddles

Everyone was great. Super location. Large studio room. Very cleanThe motor was cheap and ran great. Food and sari sari close by. Fantastic Mexican, pizza and drinks in walking distance. Only 5 minute drive to Alona beach, but out where it's quiet. Highly recommend.I will definitely go back.

Large space for our large family. Great value for the money.

Location is a bit far from main Alina beach, and requires taking tricycle to and back. but it is just 150 PHP one way for 5 people.

Owners were fantastic. Basic accommodation. Excellent value. Rent motorbike great value

Great location near Alona Beach. Clean rooms. Good value for money. Also I particularly love the hammocks.

perfect location, right at the beach and very close to other beautiful beaches and nice restaurants. the rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the hosts were exceptional.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. She immediately fixed the problem that we mentioned.

The beds are a bit old, little bit itchy.

beach front, you can really have a good rest because of fresh air and very peaceful place. You can hear the waves of the ocean.

actually I liked the property, however it was a late noticed that the room I choose to stay was not available. so we needbto adjust. Plus its good that I have extra money on my pocket as the payment via cc didnt proceed as per owner its only their note knbthe booking.com for their clients not to back out. But I strongly suggest that if this will be deducted in the cc then make sure if not let the client know that the amount will be pay on the arrival date to avoid hassle to both sides.

The surroundings is very quiet and calm for you to relax well. The staff and the owner were hospitable to assist us consistently. In fact, I extended my stay for another day to enjoy more.

Everything was perfect 🥰 The staff were very friendly and welcoming Ms Juana and the staff did everything to help The bungalow was really clean and had everything we needed wifi very strong place was really clean aircon fan and kitchen perfect also walk out the back garden and you were right on the beach Beautiful place to relax and really quiet. We had a wonderful time and will be back very shortly

The staff were outstanding. They promptly reacted to every request or issue.

There was no electricity or water for a large portion of my stay. I cancelled after the second day. I received a prompt refund of my payment for the unused days.

The area as a whole was beautiful to the seashells to the dog that they own that watches the property, staff always held a smile on their face, and was willing to give a ride for reasonable price to the pier

Big room big and nice terrace with the sea view. You can rent a motorbike here for good money! Very good kitchen, hot water in the shower!
