Perfect location, children liked swinging chair. Free parking space.

Apartments are dated, needs refurbishment. Cleaning standards very poor (dirty sofa deters from sitting on it, some of the cookware not clean). Could not see any smoke or CO2 detectors even though there is a gas boiler in the kitchen.

Location was central, felt safe, communication on key collection. Great space and comfy - loved the chair swing.

The apartment is run down and there are lots of things that need repairing or replacing. The biggest issue was the smell from the drains when the shower was running - it smells strongly of sewage. The shower door doesn't close properly and water collects on the bathroom floor. The pillows and bedding are old and poor quality. They need replacing. The bed isn't comfortable. Also there aren't any curtains on the windows so it gets really bright early in the summer. There's a privacy issue as the blinds don't close properly. One of the sets of blinds doesn't have a cord. Two lights don't work in the bathroom and one of the main lights in the living room doesn't work. The main light switch in the living room is loose and if you use it, it falls off the wall. There's a hole in the floor by the kitchen and there are massive cracks in the walls all around the apartment.

It was super hard to sleep on the bed really bad quality even the sofa is bad. Cover also. Even the light many of them were broken. The good thing about this place is the localisation

The host was very nice, helpfull and responsive. There were no problems with contact or reaching the apartment.

Apt is placed inside the Old Town, very close to all attractions, restaurants and bus stop to the airport. Everything inside is minimal but very comfortable and clean. There was hot water, heating, all communication with owner is on distance

Those who are very sensitive to sounds may hear the boiler at night, but for us it was totally fine

The place was not the cleanest but the landowner was really nice and she sent a cleaning lady the next day.

Excellent location - just 10m from old town part closed for traffic. We could park car on site, which is very convenient for center of Vilnius. Flat was fitted with all required stuff, owner was nice and we checked in/out without meeting him, which is nice in covid times. Checkout time was 12 pm, which was very convenient. Flat was situated on ground floor and had independent entry.

Just one small thing - there were no door to sleping room from living room.

Very nice host. Great location. Clean and cozy apartment.

We didn't find shower gel and shampoo.
