The food. Limited choices. Rather slow preparation

the free to use bikes were convenient, the room simple but very nice. breakfast choices of both Western and Taiwanese dishes. incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel facilities are really nice. It's modern and the room and bed were comfortable. There is a restaurant in the hotel where they offer breakfast/brunch/lunch. The staff is very friendly.

For me, the location was not ideal. It's a minimum 15 min walk from the train station, maybe more with traffic lights. The sidewalk is not really even and there was construction (July 2023) which made it inconvenient for me because I had a big suitcase. To get to the city centre I took the public bus. Also no convenience store within short walking distance. It's a pity because I actually liked the hotel very much.

The room is clean and cozy. Diverse and tasty breakfast.

Rooms are student rooms vaguely renovated. Acceptable, but nothing amazing.

The hotel and room are beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were very neat and everything looked new. There are also bicycles that we could use.

We enjoyed everything. No problems.

Room space too small

Good location, near the train station and National Cheng Kung University.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It looks very beautiful on the inside, with a lot of small touches everywhere. The room is spacious with a lovely balcony, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is also beautifully done and overall it's a nice and modern hotel. We also enjoyed using the bicycles and did an evening out with the bicycles all over Tainan.

Parking was a bit far away. More than a 5 min walk, so not convenient with a car. Everything else was great.

the staff was friendly, and the location is perfect as it is very close to chung kung university hospital, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is within the center of downtown tainan, I arrived late and ordered some food, it was quickly delivered.

There were many ants around the corners of the room, so I felt stressed going to sleep! The Air conditioner is very cold, even though i adjusted the temperature and tried to turn down to fan speed, I still felt cold and had to eventually turned the AC off!

The AC unit was rattling and making too much noise. Even decreasing the fan speed didn't help much
