we didnt have any breakfast. Location was great, because we had two cars. It was easy to drive to menu directions.

We had a wonderful stay in Hermes Art villa. Villa is spacious and enough for 12 people (3 families). Everything is perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need. We don't have any complaints and will come again in the summer season to use the swimming pool as well :)

We loved our stay in Tomaj and all of the outdoor spaces at his property. It was a great spot for our group and a base for walks & winetasting. We'd happily return. The kitchen was extremely well supplied with anything you could need to cook or grill & the dishwasher works perfectly. The outdoor spaces are beautifully kept and the house was spotless on arrival. Two rooms share a bathroom upstairs and a third room has a large ensuite. There is a bathroom downstairs as well but a note that, in all bathrooms, the showers take 3-5 minutes to warm up. There was an issue with the lights in a bedroom but a maintenance person arrived promptly and fixed this without issue. Tomaj is a lovely village and the gostilna just a few minutes' walk from the house is excellent!

The pool is shared with two other holiday apartments which was a surprise on arrival as it is not described as "shared" on the original listing. Bedside lights for reading and a hairdryer would also have made the stay more comfortable. Guests should definitely bring mosquito coils for the summer nights but I wouldn't expect these to be provided. Overall, a written house guide (in any language) would be a big help for things like the wifi, grill instructions, etc.

The house was clean, but unfortunately also a bit clinical, lacking any charm. The introduction by the host was kept to a bare minimum. A lot of the equipment was not functioning.

Excellent, luxurious, wonderfully furnished villa. It offers all the comfort for a larger group of people. Friendly, helpful hosts. The environment offers the traveler an exploration of the Kras - Slovenija with its excellent cuisine. I warmly recommend.
