Apartment Alvarium is a large, clean apartment that is an excellent value and very well located for a visit to the Soca Valley. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Everything was very clean and in working order and the view over Kobarid from the terrace was lovely. This is a perfect apartment for a large family.

I wish we could have stayed longer. :)

I cannot express more my appreciation regarding our stay. The accomodation provider couple is more than helpful, they have suggested a lot of excellent programs and mountains to visit, all done, incredible, we will 100% return! :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! ;)

There is no mention of all the flights of stairs to the top floor of the apartment block. There is no one on hand to provide the keys. We asked all the shop keepers below the apartment block where the flat was and no one knew what we were talking about. It is a privately owned apartment and we did not have a phone so had no way of contacting them. We had to borrow one of the local peoples phone to call the owner. It all worked out in the end, but was unnecessary stress.
