Great Home! Beautiful views. Great setup for two smaller families. Thoughtful considerations, like a cooler for picnics at the beach, and pool toys. Loved seeing the geckos and listening to the outside birds. Thank you for letting us stay at your home!

Loved everything about the rental. Manager communication, location, view, amenities, pool, house format. As the manager states, the driveway is a bit steep but that was not an issue for us. Our kids loved the lizards in the volcanic walls. Everything we came up with a need for was already there. It was a very relaxing week, as Hawaii should be.

Our family of 6 had the most amazing vacation in Kona and staying in this home was a big part of that! Location was fantastic - close to everything and we also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the mornings. The house itself is the best VRBO we've ever stayed at. So many extras that made us feel at home. Having the beach umbrellas, chairs and cooler was a huge plus for our afternoons at the beach! The home was very clean, and we appreciated the owners checking in to ensure we didn't need anything. Highly recommend this home and we hope to return!

The property was everything we wanted and more! The kitchen had everything we could ever need for our large group and it was beautiful and clean. The house was very large and fit everyone comfortably. The boogie boards were so fun for all of us and the beach equipment was in great shape! The pool was nice and warm and the views and sunsets from the lanai were amazing!! We loved watching for whales and for surfers catching a wave with the binoculars! So many wonderful memories were made in our 2 week stay, I cannot wait to be back again.

We have traveled numerous times to Maui and Kauai, however this was our first stay on the Big Island of Hawaii. Our choice of stay could not have been any better. We were a family of 8 with 3 young children and the home was more than spacious enough to accommodate our needs. The location was ideal and the view from the lanai and pool deck was spectacular. The kitchen is very well equipped and since we ate in most nights suited our needs. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this by far was the cleanest and most equipped. We would like to thank Jon and Jackie for being great hosts and being so responsive. We would definitely stay at this property again. Mahalo from the Rivais family

We've visited the Big Island many times over the years and this has to be one of our favorite vacation rentals we've enjoyed. The house was a perfect layout for our family of four + grandparents and brother-in-law. We all had our separate spaces, but could easily gather in the main living/dining area and spend time on the amazing deck with the stunning views of Kona and the ocean. My kids loved the heated pool - and the owners supplied so many great pool toys and floats for them to enjoy. The kitchen is one of the most fully stocked rental kitchens I've ever used - so many dishes and options for cooking. We made many of our meals and felt at home here. The location is ideal - quiet and private, but very close to town. We were within easy reach of our favorite beaches and snorkel locations. Our hosts were communicative and helpful and we absolutely plan to come back someday!

The house was incredible! Our group of 5 of us spent 5 nights here as we were playing in a golf tournament in Kona. The house was exactly as described in the description and there is nothing at all that wasn't perfect. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with all of the supplies you could need to cook. Tons of spices and dressings left in the fridge. The ice make was full and we had everything we needed. The hosts had all kinds of beach toys, towels, and a book by the front door with instructions for everything. Can not recommend this house highly enough!

The hosts for this fabulous Kona area home were Fantastic- super accommodating and accessible; very helpful in getting our stay off to a great start. The home is very well appointed - the kitchen lacks nothing; bedrooms and bathrooms are very well put together. The view from the upper lanai is outstanding & the pool area is comfortable & well equipped. Many thanks for a wonderful vacation with our grown children & their spouses and my parents.

We were very comfortable in this large home that had a gorgeous view. You can tell the owners use it regularly because it is well stocked with all the things you may need. We had some complications with our travel and timeline and they were very kind and supportive. The view is really incredible, and my son loved being in the pool everyday. Two of the rooms have mini splits which made nights cooler, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The quantity of snorkeling and beach gear was impressive! You really don’t need to bring much of that. We enjoyed daily walks in the neighborhood including a local walking trail where we met a lot of the neighbors. Our age ranges were 6-74 and everyone enjoyed it. We did pay a nominal fee to heat the pool even warmer than it already was because we’re wimps. Well worth it! Basically it’s a great house and you’ll be happy here!

FANTASTIC

Beautiful, comfortable home with everything you need. We had mixed ages and the size and condition of property is excellent. Comfy beds and amazing lanai with breathtaking views! Took a sunset photo each evening and each one was different and amazing! Decor is "tropical" and attractive. We grilled in 2 nights, ate out a few nights and ordered Door dash too. Pool is awesome and plenty of towels/toys as well as a selection of beach supplies too. We found the 2 porta cribs useful though no high chair (as was in the amenities listed) but we brought a camp chair for the 8 mo old which worked great. The breeze and ceiling fans helped keep everyone cooled. Lots of bananagrams at the large dining table. :) Would definitely stay here again (convenient location too) if we are blessed enough to be able to! Mahalo !

The home is spacious and well equipped. The pool area comfortable with plenty of seating. A bonus having chairs to take to the beach for those needing a seat. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking with an array of appliances plus a BBQ. We had 7 people and never felt crowded. It was nice to be in a neighborhood and close to beaches.

Jon & Jackie were absolutely amazing hosts! Communication was very timely, and Jackie went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was the best it could possibly be. The house couldn’t have been any more perfect to celebrate our 25th anniversary with our grown children and their spouses/so’s. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us to enjoy meals, games and pool time together, but we also had room to wind down privately when necessary. I could go on and on about how wonderful this home is, but you should check it out for yourself! We had 3 separate family’s , and the house fit all of our needs. Really appreciated having access to the snorkel and beach gear. Kitchen so organized and we were able to make full meals each night. Highly recommend Sea Paradise company for a night time snorkel. It is 4.4 miles from the house and the crew was amazing. Jon and Jackie were so available before and during our stay, probably appreciate that the most. Highly recommend renting this beautiful location,

We are so happy we found this home! I looked for 8 months to find a vacation home in Kona, Hawaii and this home was perfect. Close to everything! Beautiful home, fantastic view! My daughter did Instacart from Costco and Safeway! Everything was perfect! Also the Manta Rays were quite the experience! You must go and see them yourselves! Many thanks to Jon and Jackie! They were the perfect hosts.

We didn’t want to leave! It was everything we wanted and needed. The view from the lanai is breath taking. The house was clean and well-kept. The only complaint we had was that our trip was too short. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. Hopefully we will be back soon.

This house was impeccably clean, extremely organized, and well stocked. It had everything we needed. Jon and Jackie were great and very easy to contact with any questions we had. The house is beautiful! Wonderful outdoor spaces and such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It’s in a perfect location to get to all the highlights on the Kona side of the island. This was a family vacation with 8 of us staying in the house, plenty of space for everyone and great common areas for all of us to get together for meals. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in this area of Hawaii.

The house was perfect! It had everything we needed. Very well-stocked and well maintained. View was spectacular. Location could not have been better - 10 min from most of our activities: snorkeling, surfing, ATV riding, beaches. Luau. Jon and Jackie were great hosts-very responsive every time we had a question and went out of their way with helpful suggestions about things to do. We stayed with our adult children and their SOs (all in their early 20s) and it was the perfect place to hang out together but also retreat to their own rooms when they wanted. Everyone had an excellent time. Highly recommend!!

My family and I recently stayed at Jon and Jackie's amazing Hawaiian vacation house and it was everything we could have asked for and more! The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family of seven. The location was perfect - nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from some of the island's best beaches and attractions. We loved being able to explore everything the Big Island had to offer, then come back to the peaceful oasis of our vacation house. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view from the house. We woke up every day to the sight of the ocean and ended each day with a gorgeous sunset. It was truly a sight to behold and made our vacation all the more memorable. The house itself was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen and plenty of linens and towels. We especially loved the outdoor living area and pool, where we could relax and enjoy the gorgeous Hawaiian weather. One of the best parts of our stay was our dealings with Jon and Jackie, the property owners, who went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful time. They were always available to answer any questions we had and provided us with great recommendations for local activities and restaurants. Overall, we had an incredible vacation at this Kona vacation house and would highly recommend it to any family looking for a comfortable and convenient home base with a stunning view for their Hawaii adventure.

This was a terrific trip for our family. We travelled with our 9 month old son and my brother and his wife with their 3 year old daughter. The house had everything we needed. Great set up for the family and fantastic views as advertised. Pool was also an excellent asset to have. No complaints at all on our end. Jon and Jackie were excellent hosts and made the travel experience that much better. Would certainly look at this place again if returning to the island. Thanks!

We spent Christmas and New Years on a family Vacation in Hawaii! Jon and Jackie were amazing hosts and their property had everything we needed, including beach toys and accessories for everyone! The property is beautiful and it is well stocked for fun at the beach. The owners are very easy to communicate with and make sure there are no issues with check in. The view is gorgeous and we had our coffee on the balcony every morning. The location of perfect. Everything is under 12” away. The worst part was leaving for home
