This cabin is beautiful and very well appointed. The beds were comfortable, sheets were amazing and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great being so close to downtown where we could walk to shopping, restaurants. Durango, Mark and Toon were fantastic hosts and very responsive.

We loved our stay in Estes Park! The house was very clean, well kept, and in a great location. Next time we’re in town, we will absolutely look to book this house again.

This is a VERY nice home in the middle of Estes Park CO. I would highly recommend this property. When we got to the property, we wanted to try some wine and spirts. When we used google maps the distance to a winery and a distillery was listed in feet!!! the place is even nicer than the pictures, rent this place and you will be very happy. Representative checked with us to make sure everything was great a couple of days into our stay. Just a great place

This property is perfect for a couple or small family. The interior is completely updated, yet its best original features are maintained. It contains all amenities anyone would need and was very comfortable. Location is great for Estes Park activities and Rocky Mountain National Park. Owners Durango and Mark are super responsive and very pleasant to deal with. 5 stars overall.

Pictures don’t do this property justice. We were all blown away by the attention to detail when they took this down to the studs and brought it back to it’s original glory. The location is perfect for us, as you can walk to town and it’s a quick drive to the park. Mark, the owner, was great with communication. They were doing construction when we went, but it wasn’t a big deal at all and Mark made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be booking this property again!

We came to estes park for our aunts wedding as well as our first sibling trip and we had a great time. The cottage was located in the perfect spot and was close to all the stores and resturants. We cant wait to come back and stay again.

The property had everything we could possibly need. 5 adults stayed here easily. Love the attention to detail in the decor and art. Great location to walk to downtown. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here with our two teenagers. The home is beautiful! I loved the restored woodwork and the new modern bathrooms with antique touches. Loved using the fireplace. House has everything you need. Hosts were kind and easy to communicate with. We could walk to the main street for food and shopping easily and avoid paying for parking. Only a 5 min drive to RMNP entrance. We rented e-bikes (Backbone Adventures), took a jeep tour (Wildside), and hiked 2 days in RMNP. Although we had timed entry passes we got up early and entered into park before they were needed. Saw Elk, Deer, Moose, Long Horned Sheep, Turkey, and Marmot. Drove to Alpine Visitor Center. Hiked Bear Lake and Nymph and Dream Lake. Hiked Chasm Falls. Wish we had bought proper hiking shoes and the trails were wet and snowy. Sneakers were not ideal. Smokin Dave's BBQ was great!

Winning combination of proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park, downtown location, historic renovation with modern function, gorgeous woodwork, tastefully furnished and 5-star warm hospitality.

This was our 2nd trip here and it's a gorgeous, spacious house with nice common areas. Our main complaint was the loud construction happening right outside the house. They started early and big machinery and lots of workers constantly up and down the street. I would recommend once the road/construction work is completed.

The house was walking distance to numerous activities and was a lovely and intimate setting. Will definitely book again in the future.

Super close to downtown, we walked in, and a quick drive to RMNP. Just two of us stayed here, but if all rooms had been occupied we would have been just as comfortable!

Great property. Clean, well stocked. Easy walking to town and food. Easy access to National Park Manger communicated a lot and checked in to make sure we were ok Only suggestion is for hideabeds in basement to allow guests to spread out. Would stay again! Wonderful time and place

This is a very comfortable, spacious house in a great location both for getting to RMNP and for a short walk to Estes Park restaurants.

This cottage is gorgeous, graciously appointed, leaded glass in generous windows, a lovely porch to gaze at the forested mountain, fantastic amenities in a cook friendly kitchen, comfortable beds, clean spacious bathrooms (the soaking tub was so soothing after a busy wedding weekend in walkable Fall River!) This cottage made our trip superlative.

The description does not do this justice! It is perfectly located. We could walk to restaurants and shops without worrying about parking. It was easy to get to the national park as well. The house was awesome. We will be back!

We rented this place to explore Estes Park and run a half marathon. The property was clean and comfortable. I cannot believe how well stocked the kitchen was with appliances and pantry items.

Riverside Cottage was the perfect home away from home for our family vacation. It was a beautiful, well stocked home, in the BEST location. Just a few minutes walk down the river to town for amazing coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. RMNP entrance was just a few miles drive and very easy to access. The home is beautiful, cozy, and we all were very comfortable during our stay. Lovely!
