Veg options in buffet was not that great and there was only free channels subscribed in TV

They gave me a different room than i booked, also their attitude at the reception was horrible..i finally cancelled my stay.

Special mention and thanks to Manali and Arif. They went over and beyond and helped in all issues we had. Clean hotel, great staff, good food... All in all exceptional experience.

Very expensive

1- Location was good as it is close to quite a few corporate parks 2- Courteous staff

1 - The housekeeping and the linen and towels quality need to be improve in all senses . there were stains in the bed sheets and towels and I had to ask them to change it which was taking time because they had issues with all the linens available 2- Food Spread is average . They can extend the kitchen timings as most of the guests would be on work trip here I believe 3- The room size is average 4 - This doesn’t seem to be a 4 star but a 3 star but even for that there needs to be improvements done 5- The TV is hardly usable as they don’t have most of the channels functioning . But the staff activated few channels after I made requests
