Gorgeous, wonderful people! Very warm welcome! The location is excellent, next to the sea and the view takes your breath away. It’s the perfect place to relax. Spacious and very clean rooms. It has all the necessary equipment. I definitely recommend it!

The villa is located in a secluded area, on the feet of a hill overlooking the beach. The setting of the house is idyllic, surrounded of a big garden with lemon, orange and mandarin trees, just in front of a very quiet long beach -we have enjoyed for hours walks totally alone! The internal space is beautifully laid-out, decorated with great antique furniture and artifacts, it reflects on every corner warmth and love, also the great taste and sophisticated character of the intellectual owner. We have had a wonderful big balcony with an awesome view to the sea and the garden, more balconies on both sides and a wide terrace on the backside of the villa with views to the hills. We felt very private, peaceful and relaxed. The bed was super comfortable and the facilities of huge range. We have had the most attentive and friendly hosts we have ever seen (they welcomed us with homemade pita and sweets, they said good-bye with local olive and wine). Every minute of our stay was simply delightful!

Everything was perfect. Only thing you need to know is that you will need a car as it’s in a secluded place!

This villa rates easily amongst the best self catering accommodation we have ever stayed in. Located in a very quiet environment and surrounded of the most gorgeous landscape. Ideal to stay out of cities’ chaos and on same time excellent to explore more cities of Central Greece (15-20min from Chalkis, not more than 75min from Athens, Thebes and Volos by car). The house itself is more beautiful than in photos, provides openings with marvelous sea, mountain and garden views and direct access to the beach. The owners welcomed us with homemade lemon-pie and mandarin-liqueur from own gardens’ fruits. They have thought about every single detail and offered us a unique, lovely, unforgetable stay. A warm “thank you” is really not enough! See you again and for longer!
