Not the issue of the host but place backed on to the loading bay of the coop. Early morning delivery noise was not great.

The apartment was well decorated, had plenty of space, and the massage chair was a fun addition. The instructions to find and access the property were easy to follow. It had a private parking space behind the building, which is always helpful. The apartment is on the high street, so as long as you don't mind the street noise through the windows, it's a good location for walking to restaurants etc. It was also helpful that heating could be controlled from each room.

As others have mentioned, the noise from another apartment (tv and shouting) went on throughout the night twice, resulting in little sleep on those occasions. The damp smell from the shower and the entrance hallway were a bit unpleasant. There were issues with the cleaning - dust balls and hairs on the built in wardrobe floor and behind the bathroom door; pans and utensils sticky and not properly cleaned; cutlery drawer had crumbs of food and sticky patches, as did the fridge. The apartment had definitely been cleaned, but would have benefitted from a deep clean.

Great large kitchen, dining, living space that is well equipped.

The bed was small and very soft. Also the neighbour below was noisy, watching tv until the early morning with the door wide open.

Excellent living room and kitchen with all appliances you may want. Central location for the shops in Ventnor. Parking space at the rear of the building useful. 10 minutes down to the splendid beach. Book ahead if you want to eat at on trend Smoking Lobster on beach front. The Winter Gardens is a good sunset watch.

The standard double bed had a soft mattress which not our cup of tea. Others will be happy I am sure.

Modern and clean... high ceilings so very airy feeling..... had modern TV so we could use Netflix. The kitchen was new and all cutlery and crockery was provided.

The entrance corridor smelt very damp and was no pleasant although the flat was very nice. Although the parking was to the rear of the property, there was no rear access door so you had to walk a long way around the town to reach the entrance. It was not made clear that the best way would be to unload at the entrance and then park the car. The shower is a bit weak and is a bit mouldy but it is to be expected in a flat....the toilet seat nears replacing abs the sink plug was broken............ everything else was clean modern and very pleasant.
