What can I say. One of the best I've ever stayed in. The hosts are super friendly.
Our room was big with king size bed. Plenty of storage and very well decorated. The bathroom is one of the biggest I've ever seen for a B&B.
On the bed when we got into the room were hand and bath towels. Soap, shower gel and shampoo. A small box of Pringles and a large bar of chocolate. Tea and coffee facilities in the room with biscuits.
Breakfast. Fantastic. Choose the night before for the cooked options. On the table when we got there was a big bowl of fruit for 2. 2 yoghurts. Orange juice. Cereals are available. Tea and coffee are offered. Cooked breakfast and toast served as ordered.
All in all I can't fault it. Oh off road parking at the side of the house for guests. We contacted the owners and asked if we could park earlier than the check in time. This was not a problem.

Great location- right opposite the main tourist attractions. Good breakfast provided and the elderly couple were pleasant and hospitable.
The room room was a bit small and the water from the bathrooms made a lot of noise.

Pete & Lesley were wonderful hosts, bent over backwards to accommodate us.

Lesley was the best hostess ever. Comfortable room, great bathroom with a huge shower. The extras (which we didn't use) made our stay. Lovely breakfast in a homely environment.

We were given the room we requested with a large walk in shower, so pleased with the room, we had off street parking which was another big bonus, couldn't have been happier, breakfast was good freshly cooked and hot, it was a different setup to what we are used to, eating in the kitchen along side other guests but it worked really well and enjoyed our chats with the hosts Pete and Lesley and the other guests. The location was perfect, quiet yet within easy reach of everything Bourton on the Water has to offer would have no hesitation in going back to stay if we are back in the area.

Just a couple of blocks from the hustle and bustle from town, yet a world away in terms of how quiet it was. Run by a lovely and very attentive couple. Breakfast was great, place was clean, and very comfy. Bathroom was spacious. Highly recommend.

Location to the village and off street parking.
We spoke to the owners regarding the bed during our stay, they informed us the bed wasn’t too old. They seemed to think unfortunately it was just our mattress and that it was faulty, but having not slept very well for 3 nights it was poor excuse as this issue has been brought up before.
Any slight movements caused loud squeaking noises from the bed base.
The mattress unfortunately was a poor quality spring mattress with cheap bedding and pillows.
It appeared that breakfast was pre cooked and kept warm till it was served.
We sent a message giving our ETA and was left standing in the street for 15 minutes as owners had gone out and were not home. Certainly there seems a lot that can be improved as our rate was £130 a night.

The location was perfect, with free off street parking, the bedroom was nice, clean and cozy, complete with everything one would need. But the thing that puts this place over the top is the hosts. Pete and Lesley make you feel at home, their hot breakfast is a must. The perfect place to discover the Cotswolds.

Lesley and Pete were the best hosts ever. Could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Best breakfast you could ask for. So close to centre.

The room was very comfortable with a bright and modern bathroom. We felt welcomed by Leslie when we arrived. It’s an easy walk along the river into the central area. Breakfast was excellent.
