Friendly and supportive staff, good cocktails and bar service, nice and big rooms, sufficiently good SPA (but if not included in your stay it's a bit expensive), breakfast full of alternatives, 15' walking distance from Corralejo center, some electric kick-scooters available in front of the hotel

Cold swimming pool water, better wines at the restaurant would be appreciated, some guided tours not so much convenient, pool table to be renovated, in the rooms your toilette will be separated from the shower; a piano at the entrance could be nice!

The general appearance of the hotel was nice. The facilities were very good. The food was nice. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help us.

The room was very smelly. We asked to change rooms but they were full, however the staff came to our room and cleaned it immediately. We think it was nearby sewerage not the hotel’s fault. Nevertheless it was unpleasant but not only did they clean it again immediately, they gave an upgrade to full-board. They were extremely kind and helpful. The room was a little tired but very spacious. It would benefit from redecoration, but otherwise very comfortable. The food was very tasty, but there were no vegan options for the evening meal, only one choice for vegetarian and the waiter didn’t seem to realise that some people don’t eat fish or meat. The hotel would benefit from offering more options for variety of dietary needs. Same for breakfast. My husband said the breakfast was very tasty, but the only non-meat option for a cooked breakfast was beans and hash browns. Lots of pastries and breads, cereals etc. But nothing vegan.

Great friendly staff with the entertainment and dining facilities really well organised. The entire complex was spotless with a spacious pool area. Great selection of food and drinks provided. Excellent location as your only five minutes walk to some local bars and restaurants.

Stayed in Junior Suite which was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly and always helping you. Very modern and new furniture. The swimming at the roof is amazing and the gym and spa is great, you can only access one day (unless you book all included).

Wifi was not working properly in my room. You have only one free pass for the gym and spa. You’d need to pay after that (unless you book with all inclusive)

Nothing really! Just two minor things but they did not spoil our holidays were the steam room out of service, and TV service was blocked although maintenance came very quickly.

We were disappointed about the breakfast as it was breakfast specially prepared for English and German people, with beans and other stuff they eat for breakfast and nothing local.... In this kind of hotel in one of the Canarian Islands I would expect fresh fruit (not from can), and some local and bette quality products

The hotel is very nice with huge potential, it could be one of the best hotels in Corralejo. I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights at the end of April, beginning in May 2022. Terrible experience! It took me a while to write down my memories! There are 4 pools including one on the roof. In vain. No atmosphere whatsoever, no music in the background, no bar with coktails ... nothing!The pool on the roof ...Gorgeous! With bar with view ...just for fullboard ones. Another fool ... it is open just until 5 p.m. !!! How nice it would have been to stay in the evening if you still pay extra, to the pool beer, with view ...but with such mangement you can not. What were special to dinner... a hob for frying fresh fish in front. Great wonder !!! ..made a smoke and a smell of filling all the resaturant ... if you couldn't stay inside. Performance hall, generous, large well equipped… but no atmosphere . In vain! Luckily, I went every night to my friends at the Hotel Arena Suites, in a small room with old furniture, but with the atmosphere, live music, jokes ... good cheer. I played bingo… it lasted about 90 minutes. with points and fun. I also went to bingo to our hotel … about 20 min., boring only bingo …so fast that we didn't even get to tick the extracted numbers. I also played billiards, and surprise … the table was blocked! I went to the bar to ask him to unlock it, I was told that I have to talk at the reception… that is to go where the table is and where someone had to take care of it ....to the end of the hotel at the reception. Having no other options for fun, I went to the reception. Surprise! At the reception I am told that the pool tables do not belong to them, and that someone else must come to unlock them outside the hotel ….without words ! And more and more… I traveled all over Europe and the world, Greece, Italy, France, the Caribbean, Mauritius …but I didn't see anything like this. A hotel that seems so well equipped to make you feel so bad !!!

Unfortunately, because of the management, the services are very bad, even if the staff strives and some are friendly. The hotel with 1001 rules and tickets!!! Instead of giving you a bracelet you get the tickets for anything... breakfast, dinner, towels…. If you forget it in the room you have to go back. When you want to change the towel at the pool you have to go wet to the front reception to give you another ticket. Pure madness ! I wanted to go to the gym at 8.00 in the morning. Closed! opens at 11.00 !!! I mean you have breakfast and then with a full belly go to the gym ...I insisted however on the phone at the reception and they made an exception ...but I have to go from the end of the hotel where the gym was at the other end at the reception, for guess ?...to receive another ticket !!! Ever since I arrived, was told me that because of the large crowds he can not give me the room that I booked, but it gives me a better one bigger. Super ! There was actually a room next to the club where every night there was noise until 12. After 3 days I asked to be given the room that I booked. I got it, and the surprise was just as big, more beautiful and with newer furniture. Very bad handling !!! We had breakfast and dinner. Every day about the same things very little diversified, although they said they were themed dinners, there was no difference.....the food worse than in the canteen. In the presentation of the hotel writes about restaurant a la carte. Great fooling ! Those who have fullboard can opt for lunch and dinner in another neighboring room, a little more airy but not how arranged as a resaturant a la carte, with self-service buffet, and with the samefood as beyond, and max 2-3 extra dishes. Another rule in the dining room was 2 doors …you were only allowed to enter one of them. One day I walk in the other door, and at a respectable hotel, a waiter runs after me to tell me to go out and bypass the other side. "Hospitable services".

I did not expect to have to pay for gym access and change of towels. very unusual for a hotel.

The place was only a 8 minute walk to the main strip. there was entertainment during the day and at night time.

The staff could have explained things better. we asked for a late check out and got told we couldn’t have it. then when we were leaving got told we did have a late check out. it’s great that we got it and I’m greatful we did but wish there was less confusion.

We loved everything, staff, food, location and especially hotel’s architecture as it provided great coverage from strong winds.

The pool was a little bit too cold so it was hard to swim. You get only 1 free pass to the gym per stay (we were there 3 nights). We would appreciate if the balcone doors could be lockable from the outside and therefore used as second door. Because from almost the last room, it was alway a long way to the pool, restaurant, disco etc. even though from the balcony it is much closer.
