The breakfast is good and the location is ideal

The staff were rude, the room was not clean. The rooms were not turned over properly - dirty cups left, toilet roll not replenished and dirty towels left

We absolutely loved our stay at Zefi! Panos and team looked after us wonderfully so we decided to extend our stay in Naoussa. Great location, customer service and the in-house restaurant was also a treat after big days of exploring beaches and the terrain. Very warm and helpful. Many thanks for everything from Jenny & Ash 🙏

Beds were comfortable and spacious room which was on the poolside. We loved the pool and restaurant. Food was delicious and great service.

Room wasn’t clean on arrival and it was a hassle to get it cleaned when we complained. We were told we could move rooms however it was the other side of the hotel, we had unpacked and it was 9pm at night so we did not want to move as the room we were moving to wasn’t as nice. We were upgraded to a second room (after 2 days) which was more superior however it ended up being very noisy due to water tanks overhead and we had frequent power cuts in the room (6 in one day on one of the days). Our bedding wasn’t changed for the duration of our stay and one day we were given dirty towels.

I usually do not submit reviews. Hotel is nicely decorated and is in a convenient location. However when you are paying this type of money, you expect to be able to take hot/warm showers. We had two rooms and stayed for four days. We only had one acceptable shower during the four days. The excuses we heard was that the "hotel is full" and to "take showers at different times of the day" I like to take a nice warm shower upon my return from the beach to get the salt off me and put on nice fresh clothes. I was not able to do that at this hotel.

The hotel doesn't even deserve 2 stars or being on booking.com we paid for a suite with balcony and ended up sharing the front of the door with 4 other rooms that's not a terrace nor a balcony Room was extremely poor
