Hotel was clean, had friendly stuff and good food

directly outside the hotel on the street were some youngsters driving up and down the road nearly half the night engines roaring - but that’s not the hotel’s fault

the location, people and owner was very sociable, trying very hard seriously overworked after COVID-19

The hotel is very run down. The room needs serious repairs and updating. Not enough hotel staff, the hotel grounds need a serious clean up of rubbish. all bike's need a service The room did not match the booking. com description . over 1 hour and 30 min to be served the main course.

Fantastic host and good service.

Let's start at the beginning during check in. The woman who recieved us was not very welcoming.. i already said in norsk that I have a reservation and she just looked at me stunned.. and then asked me if i ordered a room and i said yes.. and then she asked me again.. it took a while.. i don't know if she's new or what.. after a long trip i just wanted to rest. Then she asked if we wanted dinner and so i asked if theres a menu and she was like no but we have this this and this.. am I suppose to remember all of that?? And i asked her if there's restaurants nearby and she just answered with I don't know..didn't even bother to find out. I don't know if it's just me but aren't people who works in the hotel industry suppose to recommend? Talk about service. There were also dirty bedsheets on the corridor to think it's very strict nowadays due to corona. Dusty rooms. Not even a soap in the bathroom. Not alot of choices for breakfast.Dry bread. Got served 1 small PIECE OF BURNT BACON. Not even 2 pcs. So I must say that i'm very disappointed. Bad service for a 3 star hotel.
