The food was incredible! The pools were lovely and sun beds always in the sun. Amazing value for money!!

Really enjoyed staying at this place for the family half-term short break, the food are amazing and staff are very friendly. The only pity is that there was no internet reception at our room but we can stay at the eatery area in which fast broadband was available. Have recommended it to friends already, we will visit it again when visiting beautiful Zante in the future.

I don’t know about the main building but the Sun Building is not that great, the lock on our room was just hardly there, the walls are paper thin etc

The location is really good - close to the beach, many restaurants, shops and bars. The room was very spacious and could easily fit 4 people (to sleep). The staff were also friendly and had good amenities - although I didn’t use the pool as I stayed at the beach during the day.

The food was a bit disappointing, especially at breakfast. You had English breakfast and cereal with a few fruits. It was quite repetitive and could’ve had more variation. Dinner was good and changed each day however, if you are a vegetarian or vegan perhaps this option isn’t for you as all I could eat was some of the salad (sometime it had chicken or bacon), potatoes, rice and some days pasta ( at time they had beef sauce). Despite this I enjoyed my stay and would recommend - it’s basic but good.

The hotel has three buildings, two are good, but one is far from others and view is to the street. Stay is not good at that building and far from description.

We had a family room and the second bedroom had no air Conditioning. A fan was provided but it was still uncomfortable. The water in the bathroom kept going cold and the tub was really small. There was no shower curtain and the way the tap was positioned meant the floor was soaking all the time. We also had a tiny pipe in the ceiling which was on top of the bathtub and leaked constantly. We were in the main hotel and in the evenings it got very load - hard for the kids to sleep as the noise levels went on past midnight. The food although decent was the same every day. Minimal changes to the menu which after a few days doesn’t appeal. Breakfast was very basic and again the same every day. A bit of variety would help and i think there should be a variety of fruit offered at all meal times - there were only apples and bananas.

I would assess food with 9/10. I would say that food was better than I expected for 3 stars hotel. Staff: 10/10 always helpful. Location 10/10 - it cannot be better. Our room had a seaside view so this made it even better. The room was good the only problem was the bathroom which was not too comfortable that's the only reason I assessed this hotel 9/10 otherwise everything was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Poor place not family.it’s full of drunk young people who even crossed through balcony bad luck if you between them room like we was my Mrs and son was scared of situation like that . Staff said what they can do . Really noisy place.Food is simple same whit 5 dishes same every day. Not recommend all-inclusive not worth especially when you stuck whit same bits every day.(pasta.chips.rice.baked potato.pork cury.and chicken cury.).this was worst place in last seven holiday for 7 year we was . Bad management.in one ward Poor place.

Really good location, close to the beach and close to the main street. Good variety of foods and very friendly staff. Overall good value for money.

The restaurant could be a little more spacious. Wi-fi was not working 70% of the time.
