They gave us an upgrade from standard queen room to junior suite room and a complementary bottle of wine, this was appreciated. The rooms are ok, the beds comfortable we slept very good and the breakfast is good if you get a better price by booking the breakfast inside the price of the room, otherwise 70 RON per person is not cheap but ok. Overall it was a good stay, and a lot of room to safely park your car.

Unfortunately at least the room where we stayed in(room 107) could use a handyman for one hour. The bathroom door cannot be opened or closed without some extra effort, because at some point the door suffered some flooding it is a little swollen up and it woud require some small maintenance. Also because the hotel is really close to the boulevard you can hear loudly the trams, and busses, even with all the windows shut, they have no effect.

Fantastic welcome; the room was large, very clean, a lovely hand written personalised welcome note was on the table. The bed was fabulous and I slept like a baby! Access to the hotel was easy and the hotel has a decent size car park; I found a space just outside the main entrance. The reception staff was extremely nice; I wanted a large bottle of water around midnight and they found one (rather than two small ones).

The hotel was very clean! The staff was wonderful and friendly! Great service! Recommend it!!

The room looked excellent and bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is 10 minutes away by walking from one of the underground stations (M2), but right outside there is the tram 5 stop and also a bus stops which serves at least the 330 towards the Therme Bucuresti or the airport (not direct rides) and the N119.

As it was my birthday we received a free room upgrade and a bottle of wine from the hotel, that was really nice. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful.

Our room was facing the street, so the car noises were very loud at night. The shower area is very dark, there's no light in that place.

Location as described, close to malls and transport.

Hotel is not looking like on the photos. Gym is hard to find.
