The property did not respond to my Book.com messages or my email or my text. I had to call them when I was in Italy to arrange for the free shuttle to pick us up at the marina.

Very tired and dated, neglected by owners, no dinner offered, many small things could be done to make this a really good hotel. Disappointed, clearly living on its past reputation.

The view is absolutely spectacular. I had goosebumps when I arrived and went on the terrace. We spent our evenings there enjoying the view and relaxing. Love the fact that you have access to the terrace and you basically have a great view from everywhere in the hotel. The breakfast are was gorgeous as well. The area is quiet and near the bus station. Also many restaurants and shops nearby from which you can choose. The décor was very nice as well.

There weren't many complains the only thing to flag was the AC in the room that made a scary and loud noise even when turned off. It seemed very old and I would have the whole installation checked before any accidents happen. The breakfast was nice but there weren't any plant based options for milk and very few for food. Considering there are so many people who are vegetarians and vegans or have intolerances it would probably be good to offer some alternatives.

Unfortunately out flight was canceled because of a strike. We have tried many time to reach the hotel and ask for a credit note as we attend to plan a new journey in Capri next spring. They never dared answering us and we really felt like being treated with great contempt.

We booked this hotel at short notice after being let down by another property in Capri. We were pleasantly surprised with the service, great breakfast, incredible views and room given what we paid for the hotel this was great value for money. Would definitely recommend a stay here and Anacapri was also lovely.

Our only feedback would be that the Bagni di Tibério beach is advertised as being 400m away. While this may be technically true, you have to walk along a busy cliff top road with no pavement for quite a while to reach steps which lead down to the beach. Unfortunately this was too dangerous with a 7 year old child so not possible for us.

Location in Anacapri is great. The views from the restaurant of the hotel are stunning. The property has a nice swimming pool. Breakfast is good compared to other places we've been in Amalfi coast.

The communication with the hotel is awful. They don't answer the phone (don't even try). They sometimes answer emails after a couple of days. So, make sure you close all the details (including transportation from the ferry terminal to the hotel ~20 min.) well in advance of your arrival.

We had an amazing stay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Hotel shuttle picked us up and brought us back to Marina Grande Kids loved the pool. Great value!

The breakfast was great.

The staff was noticeably not as nice to us.. probably because we were people of color. Also our room was placed in the back where there was a wedding with super loud music until 1am… we had to get up at 7am. Also if traveling via ferry it’s about $30 euro each way.
