The reception staff was superb, extremely helpful, happy, and friendly! A glass of bubbles on arrival was refreshing and the pool area was lovely. Well the jacuzzi in a room was superb, after 28 000 steps of walking I was soaking in a jacuzzi for 2 hours, a nice massage and a rest time!

The hotel is very well located, modern and elegant. We were very well received and oriented about what do see/do in Capri and with great restaurant tips. The staff is very kind and always ready to help. We’ll definitely come back.

Room smell was awful. Like rotten fish. Restaurant and bar did not answer the phone. Very difficult to get a proper food order.

it was not at all value for money. The Balcony opened on to the back side of another house and on one side beyond trees one could see an inch of sea ( the balcony with partial sea view for which extra charges were taken). 5 star with most of things fit for 3/4 star property. the bathrobe was torn.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and solarium were a good size.

The ‘classic’ room was in the basement. The window faced straight onto a wall below a footpath. There was no sunlight in the room or very small - underground - terrace and no privacy. The gym was very poorly equipped.

Location is perfect in anacapri, breakfast quality, the girl at reception is super nice!

The breakfast was very nice and included hot and cold options. The staff was very pleasant and showed us places on the island to visit. The room was very nice and the best part was the mosaic tile design in the bathroom. It was so beautiful!

There was a light on the top of the refrigerator that could not be turned off. It made the room bright at night.

This is a nice place, a little dated in design and interior but it’s aging gracefully. Careful with the rooms! The ones on the ground floor are very dark and smell a little musky. The balcony is tiny, and all you’ll see is a wall. The rooms on the first floor are a better option but still a little damp and gloomy. The dining room is bland, the breakfast 2 star max. Staff is nice, trying to be helpful, sometimes apologetic for some of the shortcomings described above.

Not much. Well under expectations.

This is in no way a 5 star hotel, therefore our expectations where by far not met. Staff is not behaving as they should in a 5S hotel. E.g. waiter tried to sell us cheap jewellery or discounts at some restaurant of his friend, and this in the hotels own restaurant. Another example was that ironing equipment is not available for guests as this was deemed unsafe. This is rather an expensive average hotel on a holiday island but definitely not worth a five star rating.
