We satyed here for the 3rd time. Hotel has great location close to main road, very convenient if you are in transit through Germany. Room was clean and very spacious. Staff was super friendly and would answer all questions. Relax in jaccuzzi is very nice bonus to stay. Parking is paid but it is secure.

It would be nice to have coffee and tea facilities in the room.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

One member of staff at reception was a bit curt. I had booked a basic room, but upon arrival, I was told that if I wanted tea-making facilities, I would have to pay an extra €20 a night. Being British and addicted to my morning cuppa, I paid the money! I couldn't help thinking that even a basic room in a Travelodge in the UK would include a kettle and teabags. The biggest gripe though was how long it took to travel by public transport to and from the centre of Leipzig. Busses were very infrequent and the later it was (we're talking 9pm), the longer it took. Next time, I'll pay a bit more and stay more centrally.

Great location if travelling, Rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of parking and reasonably priced too. Staff were ver friendly and made my kids day, by giving them a little toy. Staff spoke English, I don't expect this, but it is very helpful, especially as I speak no German.

Hotel was unable to have our rooms close together, due to being busy. Despite me booking the rooms several months prior. No hot drink facilities in the rooms.

I gave hotel poor rating for the following reasons: 1. They gave us smoking room even if we are non smokers and did not ask for it, the reason being they have run out of rooms. They did not bother even to say anything when checking in. So you cannot trust the hotel to get the room you booked. It is not 4 star hotel . We stayed in the room because we were too tired to go back to the reception to argue, but when mentioned at the ckeckout we were told we should've complained but hotel had no other rooms anyway and advised us that we could have opened the window if the room smelled. Very poor customer service and not fit for 4 star hotel. 2. The decor very shabby, from 80ies, plastic bath cabins, old wallpaper, shabby carpets. Definitely not 4 star. hotel. 3. It says you can try saxon food in restaurant but they served buffet dinner only. 4. Do not recommend it and would not stay there again.

Good location, close to the motorway and supermarket. Secured parking, large rooms with extra bed for child. Breakfast was good with large selection of food. Smooth check in and check out. It was our second visit in the hotel. Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money.

Rooms might need some refreshing, especially carpets. Coffee and tea facilities in the room would be a plus.

reception staff friendly

The staff dont knock on the door, they just come in even though u still have a lot of time to check out. someone from the stuff just came in without knocking, opened the door and left without sorry or anything. I could be changing my clothes so it was very inappropriate. Also I got a room downgrade because of pets even though pets are accepted. This was not described in booking com that I have to take worse room because of pets, so if I knew I would take a better hotel instead.

sink in the bathroom was not working well, and we took shower staying in the water.

Great location for me and comfortable staying. Verry clean room, safe private parking in front of hotel for a fair cost.

It is neccesary to say you like your room to be cleaned and fresh towels and other brought while checking in. I didnt like it because it was new rule regading corona and nobody informed me about it while I was checking in.

Nothing wrong with the hotel, but hard to find parking. Its not near city center. I booked it as judt for sleeping while driving through Germany and fairly close to the autobahn

Staff was awesome. Breakfast was awesome. I give 5 stars.
