the floor in the room was dirty, also i got some weird pimples on my skin after sleeping on the bed

The lady at the reception was the friendliest and most helpful. The location was also perfect and there were easy connections to the Trams.

Great location in city centre. Hotel has a convivial old world feel about it.

Was too hot and could not turn off radiator. Found a pair of socks from last customer on the radiator (otherwise the hotel was very clean) Off street parking is charged at an additional €10 per night(cash only). Hotel owner blocked my car to ensure I paid.

The staff was really nice!! Don't know his name but staff guy in the morning was just so nice and kind!

Breakfast buffet was small, not many options. And the gym was not really well equiped.

Sauna and gym are wonderful! Staff is incredible!

Parking was tight
