Very nice stagf , clean rooms , and perfect view from the balcony.

Breakfast could have had better selection, but it was ok.

Stunning views from room, spacious room, check-in was through side door as there was nobody at reception main door sunday evening, well worth the stay will defo be back again.

-Views of the lake -Clean -interesting design of rooms (good and bad?) -Friendly staff -Walking distance from grocery store (Coop) -“Deck” where you can relax outside and enjoy view -Big parking garage

-Poor lighting in room, always felt dim in different areas -Bedside lamps/lightning are too bright and cannot be moved/adjusted -At night got a bit warm, you have to open the door to make it colder(no A/C) -Awkward bathroom sink, small and the “shelf” keeps hitting your head as you wash your face. -A bit awkward drive to Lucerne, with car takes 30 minutes

It doesn’t look very nice when one arrives and could do with a lick of white (instead of muddy brown) paint

Spectacular view from the room balcony. Staff allowed us to get coffee in the morning without getting the full breakfast.

The shower head wouldn't stay in place... kept sliding down.

Views of Lake Lucerne were wonderful. The hotel was overall very well-run, with lots of thoughtful touches to make guests comfortable.

Immediate beach access would be nice, but we reserved last minute and we’re grateful for the stunning lake views.
