Рядом с озером. Апартаменты с большим балконом. Бассейн который чистят. Кухня с печкой и посудомоечной машиной и посудой. Хорошие хозяева и много места для парковки. Чистая ванная и туалет. Холодильник хорошо работает. Игрушки и горки для детей на улице. Красивый двор. Рядом рестораны и мороженое. Работники помогали связываться с хозяевами. Не было комендантского часа, можно было покидать апартаменты когда захочешь. Тишина в номере. Хорошие шкафы для вещей в каждой комнате.

На балконах и на улице разрешалось курить, это очень мешало. Дым с низу заходил к нам в комнату, приходилось закрывать окна и когда кушали на кухне то дым и туда тоже заходил. Пожаловался хозяину, он сказал, что это нормально что все вокруг курят. Мои дети даже когда попросили работников этого места не курить в бассейне, то они только посмеялись и продолжали курить. Кондиционер был только в одной комнате. И впервые в жизни мне пришлось за него платить. Может быть в Венгрии это норма, я не знаю. Не было трис на окнах, что бы все закрыть и быть в темноте утром. Просыпался от света в комнате.

I thought about it for a long time, and after I got feedback from my family I decided to give a rather negative rating. The cleaning lady is SuperB and so is the whole personnel. But to my taste, The house is not that superb at all, maybe in the pictures. For air-conditioning you have to pay an extra 8 Eur a day, you can't use the washing machine. The whole price is not small compared to what you get I just think. With my Girlfriend, we had a room, where we had issues opening the balcony door, the whole room is too dark. I was always scared that some handle will end up in my hand after I open any door. I can't just leave those feelings.

The owner was kind, the location was also very good, nice swimming pool

the room where we stayed had very uncomfortable bed, it made noise with every move, I was happy I slept there just one night.

Nice surroundings, very close to the beach, kitchen can be used to prepare meals. The lady that checked us in was nice and friendly. Big plus for having a table tennis.

Facilities are a bit dated.

Very good location, there is a free beach just 2 mins walk from the property (however there are no food or drinks available there). About 10mins walk away there is a proper beach with lots of amenities, also free. Size of the rooms are ok, and we had a flatscreen tv as well. Breakfast is the same every day, not much to choose from, but it was good enough for us. The pool and table tennis is very nice plus. Basically the location and the pool barely makes up for the status of the rooms, lack of cleaning, paper walls, and boring breakfast.

I'm not sure if it is because it was the end of the season, or it is like that anyway, but the room was worn out. There was a shelf above the bed on the wall which was barely hanging in there (see the picture attached). Shower is the same, we had to hold the shower holder with one hand while pulling the shower head out from its place so it would stay in the wall. The walls are like they are made out of paper anyway. We had a very loud neighbor, shouting and and arguing with his girlfriend for 3 days in a row. Previous comments mention the cleanliness of the rooms, that is why we decided to go for this property. Unfortunately, our bathroom was not properly cleaned, it was just a very generic cleaning in the main areas. When we opened the toilet lid, it was yellow under there. And the top of the shelf above the bed was full of dust.

The location is good, close to the beach.

The breakfast is very basic, the quality of food is okay. I actually expected a better breakfast.
