Удобное расположение, выход из метро рядом с отелем, легко и быстро добираться из аэропорта, красивое место с благоустроенной набережной с множеством кафе и ресторанов. Завтраки отличные, разнообразные, есть открытая терраса с видом на искусственный пруд. Номерной фонд немного уставший, но все работало исправно, нареканий не было. Две недели провели в Китае в разных локациях, за все путешествие это один из лучших вариантов для проживания.

Чистота , расположение, рядом находящиеся рестораны с разной кухней.

Постоянно просили оплатить депозит , звонили , приходили , не продали шапочку в бассейн. Самое интересное депозит был оплачен .

The hotel room was clean and the level of service from staffs were great.

As with all the hotels I've stayed in Beijing, the aircon does not seem to work. It was unbearably warm in the night as the aircon was essentially blowing warm air. We were offered a change of room but opted for a standing fan instead due to the hassle of shifting in the night. I am not sure why this is a common issue in Beijing as I've stayed a total of 3 international hotel during my recent visit and all had poor airconditioning. The pool on the 18 floor is rather small. Some of the common facilities look old too, hightime for a new facelift especially because this is Kempinski and the expectations are higher !

The bed is huge! With a toddler, three of us were able to sleep in the bed comfortably and spaciously. The front desk and bellman were incredibly friendly and kind. They upgraded us to a bigger and newer room. Most important, the reason why we chose this hotel was because there’s kids room and playground. Breakfast was great, a lot of options. The hotel even gave kids robe, amenities, and slippers. Great service overall.

Staff in the breakfast area seemed newly trained— not very experienced. But overall, it didn’t affect our breakfast time. The bathroom and shower room floor can be extremely slippery if it’s wet.

Location and clean, staff are friendly and helpful.

There's no socket for UK charger. Lack of personal touch for hotels at this level. Limited soft drinks supplied. there's no face pads supplied. No lock on toilet and bathroom, in fact the toilet and bathroom share one door, so if you have two people in one room, one needs toilet and the other needs shower room, one of them will have no door and could feel quite exposed and uncomfortable. Definitely some design faults in the hotel

excellent location, 100m from the metro station. The reception is very nice. the room and bed are very comfortable. The bathroom is impressive. It would be my first recommendation for your business trip with the same level of budget.

no direct elevator down to the subway station at the entrance next to the hotel. If you have big luggage, it is not so convenient. But this is not the problem of the hotel.

Location and good payment for foreigners. Staff services was friendly.

Room as bit small for executive floor, and breakfast was very little choices in the lounge, and food services was slow in the lounge. The swimming pool services stuff was not as standard.

I had stayed two times in the Executive floors during my travel in July and Aug. The lounge breakfast was little bit too less choices compare with downstairs. The service people are very nice, but the time waiting for food was too long if you ask for services for executive lounge. The executive floor advantage was not as value as it paid and named. The room was little bit off standard, the electric outlet cover was falling off even with repaired(safety issues), and there are lots of bugs on the ceiling of bathroom and room, it looks scary, housekeeping cleaned once but not complete.

The lobby was messy, full of people wandering around. Some small details in the bathroom -- good for decoration, not good for real usage.
