the location and cleanliness were ideal. the host was also very friendly.

The hotel was central so near the station which was good . The room was a good size and the bed was large and spacious. The bathroom was big and the shower was excellent. Good hot water supply .

It was cold and damp. There was no natural light as it's a basement built into the rocks. There was a smell of damp in the room too. The walls are paper thin so you could hear everything that was going on in the room next door or out in the reception area so not relaxing. The shower door did not close properly so it leaked water onto the floor. The lamp didn't work on one side of the bed even though they tried to fix it .

No place to store baggage when we needed to switch hotels. The credit card did not work onsite and had to pay cash. My credit card did not have any issues elsewhere.

Great location in a fine village. Very comfortable.

Slightly odd arrangement for reaching the room (walk around the back, up stairs) but once explained it was fine and part of the village character.

Good location, quite easy to get there from the station.

I believe you can get a better place for the same money and a bit more modern.
