Tutto. Struttura curata e pulita costantemente. Staff coinvolgente ma non pressante. Pasti abbondanti e buonissimi. Difficile trovare di meglio.

Dover andare via a fine soggiorno…ma non è colpa della struttura!

Ero già stata in questa struttura pozione ottima per muoversi a Tenerife sud, il tutto incluso invoglia il relax più completo . Animatori top !!simpaticissimi

Tante cose a partire dal cibo…dispiace dirlo ma ila cucina e da rivedere ..sono una cuoca e parlo per esperienza ..riproporre sempre le stesse sera dopo sera non si può ..un po’ di inventiva …serate a tema con cucina italiana - spagnola - o altro …sarebbe meglio meno cose ma un po’ più di qualità e varietà . Il residence e da rimodernare la struttura ha delle capacità e spazi notevoli che non vengono sfruttati ..

No air conditioning in bedroom. Ceilings fan is not enough in very hot weather

The hotel was clean. Staff are very friendly.There is 2 pools so it doesn't feel crowded.You can stay at the main pool or you can enjoy salt water pool in the lagoon area. The Lagoon pool also has slides for kids and adults. Food was great and there was lots to choose from. We stayed for 10 days and never saw the same dish. Been in many hotels with AL before and never had such a variety of choice. Like for 3* star hotel is very impresive. Animation team work so hard to keep everyone busy and happy. Different show every evening. During tge day they chat with the guests too and organise activities liek yoga, aqua gym, voleyball, archerie, kids mini club and etc. Well done to Alex and the team. All staff were very friendly and helpfull. We were very voried if we picked the right hotel for our holidays as some reviews were very dissapointing. But after 10 days it was the best choise in Playa del Americas. And we all came back very happy.

Located in a great location in Central area

Hotel and pools were tired and in need of renovation.

The food was very nice and there was pizza available when i didnt find a main meal that I liked. The salads are particularly good at lunch and evening mealtimes. The animation team were just so motivating and I participated in several activities. The shower in my room was the best!!

I wasnt so keen on the sofa bed, it was a little worse for wear.

We liked everything about this hotel. But above all was the staff, helpful and friendly. The animation team is wonderful, I have seldom seen such a happy and enthusiastic bunch of people! I will most definitely come back and am already looking forward to meeting them again.

Reception and bar staff very good. Hotel location very good

Food lukewarm in restaurant.I think we were the only English guests in the hotel. The tables in the restaurant seated 8 so it was quite uncomfortable, not being able to converse with people.

The location was amazing as was the staff.

Beds, very uncomfortable

Our 2nd time and it was just as much fun as the first! Great for kids. The environment is very comfortable and relaxed. Lots to do for people of all ages and the entertainment at night is fun! Lots of food options (although the quality depends on what you select and the day). We ate and drank a lot! The staff is very friendly.

We were not allowed to bring coffee or tea to the room in the morning. If this is the standard rule, then you should provide a coffee machine / hot water in the room itself.

tables in restaurant too big and not suitable for couples. towels were worn with holes. tinned fruit at breakfast.

Refined and varied breakfast the staff was very attentive fine cheeses and fine cold meats various teas and fine coffee

Seem to partly tailored to the Italian clientele the towels that are left on the sunbeds all day long seems a little unfair unless you get down to the swimming pool by 7 you're unlikely to get a sunbed in the sun
