Location is fantastic. Sea view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool bar had good menu

Beds were very hard and I think cleaning supplies should be given for kitchen area. Found bedroom a lil dusty

Friendly housekeeping and ladies at reception. Clean apartment and close to beach.

Nothing aside from so many steps but its a good workout!

Requested a ground floor apartment as my husband has a walking disability but didn't get it, this was our 8th visit to this complex and the first time we didn't get as we requested, but nonetheless we will be back

the staff are very friendly

we stayed here a good few times over the course of 10-12 years,& the prices for staying here is very high this year there’s a huge jump in prices & most of the apartments haven’t had much of a makeover to justify the cost,but other than that we enjoyed our vacation.

Location,,well kept complex and safe...

No shower mat or shower usage instructions in bathroom..No facilities to shower or change before our flight as we had checked out earlier,, Deposits taken for most room facilities such as air con,safe,,pool towels etc...

The services from the staff they cleaned the rooms every day.. The beds were very comfortable & were bigger than the average single beds you normally get whilst staying in any accommodation The staff were friendly & welcoming.

Fantastic central location and with stunning views. Staff are very friendly and kind and were great with booking taxis for us when needed. We are regulars - because it is a lovely place to stay.

It would be nice if the bar late afternoon could be reinstated - it was a lovely place unwind at the end of a non hectic day... Thanks

Location excellent, great access to strip, harbour, shopping centre behind the complex. Staff were courteous and helpful. Pools were good and enjoyed the poolside bar. Nice TVs in the apartment. We requested ground floor apartments to accommodate elderly members of the family and they were able to grant that.

Many facilities require an extra charge or holding deposit, e.g key for safe, remote control for aircon. Our apartments were situated above the bins so smell was not always nice

I arrived at the resort to be informed that my apartment would not be available and they were moving me to a new location. I explained that my parents were staying in a neighboring hotel and I could not move to a apartment complex further away, as my father was unwell and I needed to be close. They continued to check in other people and so did have other apartments available and considering my circumstances they would move me to another apartment in the same complex, but they did not. I ended up having to move to an apartment block at the other end of the resort (3km away) which was too far to travel to be close to my parents. I went back to the reception the next day where they told me the manager would speak with me, I waited all morning and was told that they would be in contact when he came in, they did not contact me until the end of the day, saying the manager was unavailable and there was nothing they could do. I ended up stuck in an apartment block 3km from where I had booked, so I had to make alternative arrangements myself to be close to my invalid father. I heard no further contact from the manager or any other member of staff, and was charged the full amount even though I had to make other arrangements and was not given the apartment I had booked. I have stayed in this complex on numerous occasions in the past and always enjoyed it, the facilities are good and it is in a great location, but the way I was treated and the lack of compassion for my situation was disgraceful.

Large private balcony overlooking pool and sea. Well located for old and new town. Very clean and beds very comfortable.

Some road traffic noise meant had to keep window closed at night. Shower badly designed and water overflowed onto bathroom floor.
