Het bed en de badkamer waren goed, de kamer op zich ook alleen heel erg kil en koud qua inrichting maar dat blijf een kwestie van smaak en de kast miste een deur

De buffetten waren niet mijn smaak en als iets op was werd het lang niet altijd bijgevuld. Tevens aanbod niet consequent voor ontbijt. Tevens vond ik de badplaats Cala Millor niet leuk. Er zijn veel leukere badplaatsen op Mallorca maar ook dat zal persoonlijke smaak zijn

Al llegar el agua caliente y la climatización no funcionaban, pero en 15 minutos estaba arreglado. No ofrecen alojamiento individual a través de Booking, eso también se arregló fácilmentehablandoncon Booking y recepción. La calidad del buffet es mediocre. Por ejemplo te ofrecen café molido como si fuera soluble, la fruta estaba muy muy verde... Durísima y sin sabor. En el desayuno solo hay 2 cafeteras muy lentas... Hay una cola de unos 15 o 20 minutos para hacerse un café. No hay ni una sola bebida incluida, ni siquiera reservando media pensión... 2.60 EUR por una mísera botellita de agua.

- Clean & comfortable rooms (nice view) - Great breakfast & dinner (good choice of products) - Closeness to the sea (+/-20 m) - Friendly staff (helpful in arranging transfers from/to the airport) - Vicinity to numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, bars...

- the sea was not too great (July 2023), a lot of seagrass, "Posidonia" in Palma, and some plastic participles. Of course, it is not the problem of the hotel. - price could be lower

Excellent breakfast, nice location, good quality rooms, fair price, friendly staffs.

They don’t have car park but free public spaces are available nearby.

In.a nice spot beside the beach, pool is its best asset. Room balcony was tiny and didn't get sun,g Granted it was cheap so you get what you pay for. We were only staying 3 days as we were attending a football tournament in the area and it was fine because we were not spending alot of time in the room. I would have been disappointed if I was in this room for a two week stay it was very compact!

Its definitely my favourite hotel in Mallorca! Its really beautiful, clean, with really big swimming pool, just by the beach with great view on the beach. Staff is extremally nice. Food is just amazing, Different meals each day, live cooking, barbecue, many Healthy options - most of food served is of really good quality, not deep fried, typical Spanish dishes, like really there is No need to eat outside because the food is super tasty And fresh. Huge plus for the juicer And veggies in breakfast time. Recommend it 100% And save it for the next trip to Mallorca.

Nothing really. Maybe the lifts are a bit slow.

Just a bottle of water the first day ! Normally we get water every day in other hotels that we have been !
