The swimming pool was good, beds were comfortable.

Noise every night, horrible food we found two insects inside the salad/rice, towels were not changed everyday even if requested at reception.

Lack of info given by staff at checkin , such as where the lift and restaurant were.. I had to ask about stairs and lifts.

The hotel was really good. Excellent staff and everything very clean. The breakfast and dinner was very good as well. The hotel was a few minutes walking from the beach with very good irish pub.

Very friendly staff, the lack of English tv was an issue but eventually solved Fter 3 nights without.the bar lady from Estonia was always smjng and very helpful.

The animation team at the beginning of the week were extremely poor but the Friday and Saturday girl wS very good.

Location and staff were great.

Room was dirty on arrival - hairs in the bathroom and ants in the room. Room was dark and dingy on level -1 with no balcony and asked to move multiple times and told no. The room was extremely noisy and had no wifi signal. They said to put the towels on the floor if you wanted them changed but then didn’t change them on 3 days of the week so just hung the dirty towels back up. We were all inclusive however the main bar didn’t give you water included and the pool bar stopped serving AI snacks after a few days of our stay which is one of the main all inclusive attractions.

Room below the ground floor level, tiny bathroom, broke sofa, broke mirror, spider and bed makes noise every time you move.

Good Location

We had worm like creatures appear in the apartment. Breakfast was good on the first day. Day 3 the choice was not as good.
