Seria ótimo que o Booking tivesse disponibilizado a informação de que existe um período durante a tarde (17-18h) em que as crianças podem frequentar a piscina interior.

Eine sehr komfortables Hotel um die Extremadura zu erkunden. Nah an Cáceres . Sehr freundliches Personal und mit einen guten Service und Restaurant. Der Spa Bereich ist sehr schön und gut organisiert.

Amazing grounds , perfect for having a wander late afternoon with the dogs, didn’t bring my costume so didn’t get to try the spa facilities. Huge bed and the biggest room we’ve had this whole holiday. Room 118 there is an outside door for taking the dog out first thing, they give you a bed , bowl and treat for the dogs which was a lovely touch. Clean room. Staff all very friendly and you can eat with your dog on a table out of the restaurant and all the staff couldn’t do enough to cater to our needs having a dog. We will return.

€30 per dog a little strap with 2 small dogs. The bathroom fan didn’t seem to work so you had to de-mist the bathroom mirror after a shower… more a maintenance thing with that as the room could go mouldy if it’s not fixed soon.

Los chorros de agua del spa, demasiado. Fuertes, creo que faltan agarraderos en algunos chorros principalmente en la cama de burbujas. Cuesta mucho salir.

Spacious, immaculate room with all facilities and much needed air conditioning (33c on arrival). Excellent, if pricey, restaurant. Brilliant friendly staff plus garage for security.

Our sat nav found published address confusing, a little more precise detail like road name would have saved time.

Staff were very warm and accommodating. The pools were fantastic. Buffet breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were outstanding. We couldn't believe how beautiful the hotel was. The photos don't do it justice!

The lovely facility in a rural setting. The room was lovely and the food was outstanding.

Wonderful hotel. Perfect location just off the motorway as we booked it as travelling through Spain to Portugal. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great choice at breakfast. Good size room and bathroom. Spa a welcome treat after all the driving. About 10 minutes drive to Caceres the old town is amazing, visit if you can; we got a taxi in from the hotel and had tapas restaurant recommended from the hotel reception which was right in the old town (where they were filming Game of Thrones!) and it was fantastic.

Although pet friendly the charge of 30€ is a little steep- think this should have included a bed and treats as read in other guest comments but we didn’t get anything for our dog even though I’d informed them at the time of booking we would have our small dog with us.

We were traveling from Santander to Conil with our dog and wanted a stop over. Location for us was ideal as it was just off the motorway, quite and secluded. Plenty of grounds to take the dog for a walk. Nice touch that the hotel provided a bed, bowl and chew for the dog. Spa facilities lovely. Great sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and indoor pool. Had a light supper which was very good. Service excellent. Please note that the hotel is located outside of Caceres so you would need to drive into the town if you wanted to see it. We were just passing through and had not planned to see Caceres so location was ideal. Will definitely return.

Everything was perfect! The check-in was fast and simple. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of cold and hot dishes. The location was very convenient for Cáceres. The staff was polite and always willing to help. The pool/spa was a nice addon to our stay.

No toilet brush. The food availability at the coffee shop near the reception has very strict timings, even though it is available all day in the room service and the pool bar.

handy for the motorway, but very quiet at night. good walk round the grounds for our dog, but the 30€ charge for him was a bit steep

would have preferred a basic charge for bed and breakfast - the use of the health spa obviously had a cost so it wasn’t “free” - we never use these facilities so would prefer not to have them included.
