They upgraded our room! The villa itself was a bit old but the amenities were all functional and some were quite recent. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Tide went out during the day, but that’s not really the hotel’s fault. You could still kayak over to the other side to enjoy the sea there, good alternative.

Perfet spot away from the center, but surrounded by jungle. Really beautiful place with perfectly kind and helpfull staff and amazing views. They gave us presents when we checked out and a free ride to the ferry. Everyone were smiling all the time. Rooms were spacey and comfortable.

Only maybe the should buy a new AC as this one was pretty old but it didn’t influence our experience at all.

The staff is so good. Polite, helpful and happy to help. They even got us early check in and late check out. Also prepared vegan and vegetarian meals on our request. The property is too good and big enough to keep you occupied

It was our first stay on Ko Chang. As the Aiyapura was offered quite cheap, we had little to no expectations. Staying there a few days, it completely blew our mind. First of all, it is quite a large resort with nice big facilities (pool, restaurant area, reception and the number of rooms/room space available). What absolutely blew our minds and was overwhelming was the staff. They were incredibly lovely. They read your wishes from your minds, offered absolutely everything and we really felt, all their service and action came truly from their hearts and not just, because they did a job and had to to. Even amazing things like picking us up in the morning with an electric golf cart directly from our room to drive us to the little further away breakfast restaurant (it was raining a lot during our stay) was unbelievable. Breakfast buffet with made by order foods was delicious and absolutely unexpected, as it was low season and there were onl a few guests. The variety of breakfast options were amazing. And even we had breakfast a little late (concerning offering times) due to normal challenges with 2 small kids the staff was always absolutely lovely and always patiently waiting until we were done eating. The room was very spacious and we loved the large terrace with a million dollar sea view overlooking the beautiful bay. What else is there to say anything less than perfect and stunning for our stay at this lovely resort with its amazing staff and owners. It gave us the feeling, they treated us not like guests but like friends or family. Big thumbs up and thanks so much to all staff. Absolutely everything perfect.

The resort is quiet, secluded and beautiful

Our stay at the Aiyapura resort in Koh Chang was truly memorable. We used their airport transportation services and received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The resort was beautiful consisting mainly of individual villas perched on the hillside. We got a 2 bedroom Villa with a great view of the beach and mountains. The grounds were teaming with beautiful wildlife including several majestic peacocks. There was complimentary and delicious Thai and international style breakfast and also complimentary use of kayaks, paddle boards, hammocks, and a trampoline. There was also free shuttle to several popular destinations on the island. We also enjoyed eating a fantastic dinner at the resort for one of the evenings. But without question the best part of our stay was the personal and caring attention we got from the entire hotel staff.

This resort is in a private and secluded area which was perfect for us. However, if you’re looking to be in the middle of the beach action you will need to take their complimentary shuttle.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Always smiling. The natural surroundings are very natural - feels like you’re on a remote island. Room was comfortable and had all the expected amenities from a 4 star resort, and had a great panoramic view over the gardens and bay.

No breakfast buffet - understandable since it was the low season, but the fresh cooked food was delicious. They are a bit off the beaten path, but they provide a free shuttle to town with convenience stores and a few restaurants. Can’t really walk on your own though - the streets were a bit confusing for us.

Excellent scenic location. Free kayaks and paddleboards. Secluded and clean beach. Food available all through the day. Quiet. Good pool. Free shuttle bus to village and White Sand Beach. Attentive Manager.

Breakfast was hit and miss. Omelette very good but croissants kept in hot cupboard which was always cold. Sausages always cold. Artificial orange juice in plastic cups not very attractive! Not much left after 0930 and finished early at 1000. Dining room well located by the sea but poorly appointed with utility furniture and ill decorated. The pier had a bar which was always closed which was a shame. It would have been nice to get a beer and a snack there. No fishing trips readily available. Tricky drive from the main road and even trickier drive to White Sand Beach.

The rooms were well furnished, ours even had a smart TV with access to Netflix. The beds were comfortable and the balcony provided a great panoramic view of the property and bay. The restaurant was great, and the food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the local seafood. The staff were very polite and we could see through their masks that they served us with a smile.

The resort is a bit isolated, but they recently introduced an on-request shuttle to the nearby town if you wanted to explore the area a bit.

View from the room of the pool and bay is nice, and the peacocks hanging out on the patio were a beautiful surprise! Breakfast wasn’t a buffet - understandable due to low patronage, but they still had some variety (fresh salad, Thai dishes, continental breakfast) and a recommendation from the front desk manager - go to the pier where a small lounging area is set up, plenty of fish swimming around the pier area!
